Claims (3)

  1. 하나 이상의 금속들 또는 금속합금들이 금속소자위에 1내지 수 μm의 두께를 갖는 층의 형태로 제공되며, 상기 금속들 또는 금속합금들이 서로같은 또는 금속소자재질을 갖는 적어도 한개의 금속화합물을 형성하며, 실제로 비반응분위기에서 가열하므로써 금속화합물이 얻어지는 순서로 금속성분에 열흑면을 제공하는 방법에 있어서,
    적어도 금속소자의 표면이 몰리브덴, 니켈 철, 텅스텐 및 구리그룹의 금속으로 구성되거나 적어도 이 그룹중의 한금속을 포함하는 합금으로 구성되며, 1내지 수의 두께를 갖는 상기층이 전체가 알루미늄으로 구성되거나 상기 그룹의 금속들중의 하나와 알루미늄으로 구성되고, 상기 화합물이 알루미늄 화합물이며 그후에 이화합물은 습기있는 수소분위기내에서 950℃내지 1200℃로 열처리하므로써 부분적으로 산화되므로 화합물내의 모든 알루미늄이 실제로 산화알루미늄으로 변환되어 열에 강한 열흑면층이 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속소자에 열흑면을 제공하는 방법.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 청구된 바와같은 방법을 이용하여 적어도 압출캐소드축의 내면에 열흑면을 제공하는 방법에 있어서,
    상기 금속그룹중의 한 금속 또는 적어도 상기 금속그룹중의 한 금속을 포함하는 합금의 적어도 한 표면위에서 구성되는 판이 사용되며, 상기 금속 즉 합금이 실제로 알루미늄으로 구성되는 층인 얇은 알루미늄층으로 피복되며 상기 합금은 알루미늄 화합물로 변화되고 그후에 이렇게 피복된 판으로부터 압출처리에 의하여 캐소드축이 제조되며 이후에 습기있는 수소내에서 열처리를 하는 것을 특징으로하는 금속소자에 열흑면을 제공하는 방법.
  3. 적어도 내부가 청구범위 2항에 청구된 바와같이 방법에 의하여 얻어진 산화알루미늄을 포함하는 층인 1내지 수μm두께의 열흑면으로 피복된 금속캐소드축을 포함하는 캐소드.
