Claims (6)

  1. 5-20중량%의 Sn과 0.1중량% 이상 1중량% 미만의 In과 나머지 Ag의 용해합금을 내부산화한 Ag-Sno-InO 전기 접점재료.
  2. 전기용해합금은 Fe족 원소금속(Fe, Co, Ni)의 1개 또는 복수개를 0.001-1중량%를 함유하는 특허청구범위 제1항 기재의 전기접점재료.
  3. 기압 10atm을 초과하는 산소 분위기 아래에서 전기용해합금이 액상을 포함하지 않는 고상의 상태로서 내부 산화한 특허청구의 범위 제1항 또는 제2항의 기재의 전기접점재료.
  4. 미리 가열하여 합금을 활성화 한 다음에 10atm을 초과하여 200atm까지의 산소분위기 아래에서 온도 750℃-500℃로 가열하여 내부 산화한 특허청구 범위 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항 기재의 전기접점재료.
  5. 5-20중량%의 Sn과 0.1중량% 이상 1중량% 미만의 In과 나머지 Ag의 용해합금을 먼저 가열하여 활성화한 다음 그 온도 아래서 또 기압이 10atm을 초과하여 200atm가지의 산소분위기 아래에서 750-500℃온도로 가열하여 그 용해합금이 액상을 포함하지 않는 고상의 상태로서 내부산화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 Ag-SnO-InO 전기 접점재료의 제법.
  6. 전기용해합금에 즉 원소금속(Fe, Co, Ni)의 1개 또는 복수개를 0.001-1중량% 포함시켜서 되는 특허청구의 범위 제5항 기재의 전기 접점재료의 제법.
