Claims (17)
- 다공성 패드에 코우팅제의 흡수를 깊게 하기 위해 매초당 1220m코우팅 입자속도에서 받침코우팅 첨가를 포함하는 거친 표면을 제조하는 패드의 표면에 MCrA|Y형 물질의 받침코우팅으로 다공성 패드흡수; 필요한 외곽표면의 일반적 형태에 금속의 다공성 패드를 형성, 도자기 표면 처리제품 형성을 위한 패드의 거친 표면에 도자기체를 도자기 표면 처리 제품의 제조방법.
- 닉켈기질 합금(NiCrA|Y), 코발트기질 합금(CoCrA|Y), 닉켈코발트 기질합금(NiCoCrA|Y), 그리고 철기질 합금(FeCrA|Y)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택한 받침물질의 첨가를 포함한 다공성 패드를 흡수하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 방법.
- 14-20%(중량) 크롬;
- 11-13% 알루미늄;
- 0.10-0.70%이트륨;
- 2%코발트; 그리고 적당량의 닉켈로 이루어지는 NiCrA|Y 물질의 첨가를 포함하는 다공성 패드의 흡수단계를 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제1항이나 제2항 중의 하나에 따른 방법.

- 닉켈 기질합금(NiCrA|Y), 코발트 기질합금(CoCrA|Y), 닉켈 코발트 기질합금(NiCoCrA|Y) 그리고 철기질 합금(FeCrA|Y)로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택한 받침물질의 첨가를 포함한 다공성패드의 흡수단계를 특징으로 하는 청구범위 제6항에 따른 방법.
