Abstract

CONSTITUTION: On the surface of a base material made of Ni base alloy or Co base alloy is formed a layer of oxide having the theoretical density of 70W95% by spraying porous oxide such as ZrO2 etc. Cr type, Al type, or Cr-Al type alloy powder is diffused and infiltrated to the metallikon coating layer to form a ground layer. By the ground layer treatment, the adhesiveness to the base material alloy and to the surfacial coating layer are improved, and the thermal expansion coefficients are nearly equal, so that the functional effect of ceramic coating for imparting corrosion resistance, heat-shielding property, errosion resistance is sufficiently attained.
