Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a metal material superior in resistance to heat, oxidation and corrosion at a high temperature, by coating the Ni-Cr alloy, the mixture of the Ni-Cr alloy and ceramic materials, and ceramic materials in order by flame spraying after diffusing Ae, Cr, the Ae-Cr alloy, and so on and causing them to permeate to remove the most surface layer. CONSTITUTION:The metal material is subjected to the diffusion permeation treatment with Ae, Cr, the Al alloy, Si, B, and so on to form a diffusion permeation film. The most surface layer is removed mechanically, physically, or chemically. Next, the Ni-Cr alloy is spray-coated by the gas-system, electrical, or plasma method. Further, the mixture of the Ni-Cr alloy and ceramic materials is so spray-coated that the density of ceramic materials may be higher according as going toward the surface layer. Finally, ceramic materials are spray-coated to obtain a product.
