Claims (1)

  1. 입출력단자를 가지는 제1캐스코드 증폭기를 형성하도록 접속된 제1 및 제2p채널전계효과 트랜지스터와, 입출력단자를 가지는 제2캐스코드 증폭기를 형성하도록 접속된 제1 및 제2n채널 전계효과 트랜지스터와, 출력신호에 사용되는 제1노드와, 제1 및 제2캐스코드 증폭기의 출력단자를 제1노드에 접속시키는 장치와, 출력전위의 영역제한이 예정된 전위값 중간을 나타내도록 상기 제1노드에서의 전위에 기인하기 위해 제1 및 제2p채널과 제1 및 제2n채널 트랜지스터의 게이트전극에 평형전위를 선택적으로 인가시키기 위한 장치 및 제1 및 제2캐스코드증폭기의 입력단자에 평형전위를 제외하도록 인가되는 신호인 공통진호전위를 선택적으로 인가시키기 위한 제1 및 제2장치를 구성하는 비교기회로.
