본 발명의 개봉 방지 통기 박스는 커버체 및 박스체를 포함하되, 상기 커버체의 바닥면에는 상기 커버체와 수직되는 제1 벽체가 라운딩되게 설치되고, 상기 제1 벽체는 상기 커버체의 가장자리에 근접되며, 상기 제1 벽체의 외측면에는 복수의 제1 요홈이 간격을 두고 설치되고, 각각의 상기 제1 요홈 사이에는 각각 제1 블록체가 구비되며, 상기 제1 벽체 및 각각의 상기 제1 블록체의 외측면 바닥부에는 걸림부가 돌출되게 설치되고; 상기 박스체는 외부와 연통되는 수용 공간을 구비하며, 상기 박스체의 최상면에는 수직되는 제2 벽체가 설치되고, 상기 제2 벽체의 내측면에는 높이가 상기 제2 벽체보다 낮은 제1 단턱부 및 높이가 상기 제1 단턱부보다 낮은 제2 단턱부가 설치되며, 각각의 상기 제1 단턱부와 각각의 상기 제2 단턱부 사이에는 걸림홈이 구비되고, 상기 제2 벽체의 내측면에는 복수의 제2 요홈이 설치되며, 각각의 상기 제2 요홈은 각각의 제2 요홈이 만곡 형상을 이루도록 절곡부를 구비하고, 상기 커버체와 상기 박스체가 결합될 경우, 상기 커버체의 걸림부는 상기 걸림홈 내에 걸림 고정되며, 각각의 상기 제1 블록체는 각각의 상기 제1 요홈과 각각의 상기 제2 요홈이 서로 대응하여 상기 수용 공간과 연통하는 통로를 형성하도록 각각 상기 제1 단턱부 및 상기 제2 단턱부와 결합된다.

개봉 방지 통기 박스{ANTI-OPENING VENT BOX}
본 발명은 용기에 관한 것으로, 특히 통기성이 우수하고 개봉 후 복원이 불가능하며 개봉된 용기를 육안으로 식별할 수 있는 용기에 관한 것이다.
슈퍼마켓에서 박스, 컵, 그릇과 같이 진공 성형된 플라스틱 용기는 모두 음식물의 신선도를 유지하도록 음식물을 담기에 매우 적합하나 현재 용기는 모두 단순한 구멍 형태의 통기 방법을 사용하기에 이물질, 먼지가 유입되고 사람들이 고의적으로 바늘로 구멍을 뚫어 내부의 음식물, 과일을 파괴하며 심지어 바늘을 사용하여 음식물에 약물을 주입하므로 통기공 구조는 여전히 개선이 필요하다.
이 밖에, 많은 소비자들이 박스 내 음식물이 완전하고 신선한지를 확인하기 위해 사사로이 플라스틱 용기를 개봉하여 관찰하므로 해당 식품 용기를 손상시키고 식품 오염을 유발한다.
현재 일반적으로 사용되는 플라스틱 용기 역시 개봉 후 식별이 용이한 구조로 점차 설계되고 있으나 이러한 구조는 대부분 찢긴 후 점절단선에서 발생하는 버(burr)를 이용하여 찢긴 부재와 다시 맞물리게 되어 사용자가 육안으로 플라스틱 용기의 개봉 여부를 분별하기 어려우므로 기존의 플라스틱 용기는 개선이 필요하다.
상기 단점을 고려하여 본 발명의 개봉 방지 통기 박스는 커버체 및 박스체를 포함하되, 상기 커버체의 바닥면에는 상기 커버체와 수직되는 제1 벽체가 라운딩되게 설치되고, 상기 제1 벽체는 상기 커버체의 가장자리에 근접되며, 상기 제1 벽체의 외측면에는 복수의 제1 요홈이 간격을 두고 설치되고, 각각의 상기 제1 요홈 사이에는 각각 제1 블록체가 구비되며, 상기 제1 벽체 및 각각의 상기 제1 블록체의 외측면 바닥부에는 걸림부가 돌출되게 설치되고; 상기 박스체는 외부와 연통되는 수용 공간을 구비하며, 상기 박스체의 최상면에는 수직되는 제2 벽체가 설치되고, 상기 제2 벽체의 내측면에는 높이가 상기 제2 벽체보다 낮은 제1 단턱부 및 높이가 상기 제1 단턱부보다 낮은 제2 단턱부가 설치되며, 각각의 상기 제1 단턱부와 각각의 상기 제2 단턱부 사이에는 걸림홈이 구비되고, 상기 제2 벽체의 내측면에는 복수의 제2 요홈이 설치되며, 각각의 상기 제2 요홈은 각각의 제2 요홈이 만곡 형상을 이루도록 절곡부를 구비하고, 상기 커버체와 상기 박스체가 결합될 경우, 상기 커버체의 걸림부는 상기 걸림홈 내에 걸림 고정되며, 각각의 상기 제1 블록체는 각각의 상기 제1 요홈과 각각의 상기 제2 요홈이 서로 대응하여 상기 수용 공간과 연통하는 통로를 형성하도록 각각 상기 제1 단턱부 및 상기 제2 단턱부와 결합된다.
본 발명은 하기와 같은 장점을 갖는다.
전술한 구조에 따르면, 커버체와 박스체가 결합된 후, 각각의 상기 제1 요홈 및 각각의 상기 제2 요홈에 의해 형성된 통로를 이용하여 통기 효과를 달성함으로써 내부에 놓인 과일의 변질을 방지하고, 또한 각각의 상기 제2 요홈이 만곡 형상을 이루므로 이물질의 유입 및 의도적으로 바늘로 과일을 파괴하거나 불법 약물을 과일 내에 주입하는 사람들도 크게 줄일 수 있다.
제1 결합 부재와 제2 결합 부재는 결합된 후 쉽게 분리되지 않으며, 제2 결합 부재는 찢긴 후 여전히 제1 결합 부재와 결합되고 또한 시트체가 리셋되어 제2 결합 부재가 제2 노치 위에 위치하며, 상기 시트체가 상기 제2 노치의 외측으로 밀려 상기 제2 결합 부재가 더 이상 상기 제2 노치에 맞물리지 못하게 되므로 사용자는 제2 결합 부재가 이미 찢어졌음을 명확하게 보아낼 수 있다.

본 발명의 내용 및 달성 가능한 효과에 대한 설명의 편의를 위해 이하 도면과 함께 구체적인 실시예를 예시한다. 도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 개봉 방지 통기 박스는,
커버체(10)를 포함하되, 커버체(10)의 바닥면에는 상기 커버체(10)와 수직되는 제1 벽체(11)가 라운딩되게 설치되고, 상기 제1 벽체(11)는 상기 커버체(10)의 가장자리에 근접되며, 상기 제1 벽체(11)의 외측면에는 복수의 제1 요홈(12)이 간격을 두고 설치되고, 각각의 상기 제1 요홈(12) 사이에는 각각 제1 블록체(13)가 구비되며, 상기 제1 벽체(11) 및 각각의 상기 제1 블록체(13)의 외측면 바닥부에는 걸림부(111, 131)가 돌출되게 설치된다.
여기서, 상기 커버체(10)의 가장자리는 각각의 상기 제1 요홈(12)을 따라 물결 모양의 요철 형상을 이루어 통기량을 증가시킨다.
탄성을 갖는 시트체(14)가 상기 커버체(10) 최상면의 일측으로부터 연장되고, 상기 시트체(14)는 기설정된 길이를 가지며, 상기 시트체(14)의 말단에는 아래를 향하는 제1 결합 부재(141)가 구비된다.
도 2 및 도 3을 참조하면, 박스체(20)는 외부와 연통되는 수용 공간(21)을 구비하며, 상기 박스체(20)의 최상면에는 수직되는 제2 벽체(22)가 설치되고, 상기 제2 벽체(22)의 내측면에는 높이가 상기 제2 벽체(22)보다 낮은 제1 단턱부(23) 및 높이가 상기 제1 단턱부(23)보다 낮은 제2 단턱부(24)가 설치되며, 각각의 상기 제1 단턱부(23)와 각각의 상기 제2 단턱부(24) 사이에는 걸림홈(25)이 구비되고, 상기 제2 벽체(22)의 내측면에는 복수의 제2 요홈(26)이 설치되며, 각각의 상기 제2 요홈(26)은 각각의 제2 요홈(26)이 만곡 형상을 이루도록 절곡부(261)를 구비하고, 상기 커버체(10)와 상기 박스체(20)가 결합될 경우, 상기 커버체(10)의 걸림부(111, 131)는 상기 걸림홈(25) 내에 걸림 고정되며, 각각의 상기 제1 블록체(13)는 각각의 상기 제1 요홈(12)과 각각의 상기 제2 요홈(26)이 서로 대응되어 상기 수용 공간(21)과 연통하는 통로를 형성하도록 각각 상기 제1 단턱부(23) 및 상기 제2 단턱부(24)와 결합된다.
도 1 내지 도 5를 참조하면, 상기 박스체(20)의 제2 벽체(22)에는 적어도 하나의 제1 노치(221)가 구비되며, 상기 제2 벽체 바닥부의 일측으로부터 바깥쪽으로 플랜지(27)가 수평으로 연장되고, 상기 플랜지는 제2 노치(271)를 구비하며, 상기 제2 노치(271)는 점절단선(A)에 의해 제2 결합 부재(30)와 결합되고, 상기 제2 결합 부재(30)는 제3 요홈(31)을 구비한다.
도 1 및 도 7을 참조하면, 상기 커버체(10)가 상기 박스체(20)의 최상부에 결합될 경우, 상기 시트체(14)의 바닥면과 상기 제1 단턱부(23)의 최상면이 접촉되고, 상기 제1 결합 부재(141)는 상기 제3 요홈(31)과 어긋나며, 상기 시트체(14)를 아래로 눌러 제1 결합 부재(141)의 방향이 상기 제3 요홈(31)에 대응되도록 변경되어 상기 제1 결합 부재(141)와 상기 제3 요홈(31)이 걸림 결합되고, 상기 제2 결합 부재(30)가 각각의 상기 점절단선(A)을 따라 찢어진 후, 상기 시트체(14)는 탄성을 가지므로 리셋되어 상기 제2 결합 부재(30)가 상기 제2 노치(271) 위에 위치하여 단차를 형성하며, 상기 시트체(14)가 상기 제2 노치(271)의 외측으로 밀려 상기 제2 결합 부재(30)가 더 이상 상기 제2 노치(271)에 맞물리지 못하게 되므로 사용자는 제2 결합 부재(30)가 이미 찢어졌음을 명확하게 보아낼 수 있다.
상기 커버체(10)의 제1 벽체(11)의 내측면에는 적어도 하나의 위치 결정 홈(15)이 추가로 설치되고, 상기 제2 단턱부(24)에는 적어도 하나의 위치 결정 블록(241)이 추가로 설치되며, 상기 커버체(10)와 상기 박스체(20)가 결합될 경우, 상기 위치 결정 블록(241)은 상기 위치 결정 홈(15)에 인입된다.
여기서, 상기 제2 결합 부재(30)에는 환형의 플랫폼부(32)가 설치되고, 상기 제3 요홈(31)은 상기 플랫폼부(32) 내에 위치하며, 상기 제1 결합 부재(141)와 상기 제3 요홈(31)이 결합될 경우, 상기 플랫폼부(32)의 최상면은 상기 시트체(14)의 바닥면과 접촉한다.
여기서, 상기 제3 요홈(31)은 상기 제1 결합 부재(141)와 상기 제3 요홈(31)이 긴밀히 결합되도록 위가 좁고 아래가 넓은 형상으로 이루어진다.

Claims (5)

  1. 개봉 방지 통기 박스로서,
    커버체 및 박스체를 포함하되,
    상기 커버체의 바닥면에는 상기 커버체와 수직되는 제1 벽체가 라운딩되게 설치되고, 상기 제1 벽체는 상기 커버체의 가장자리에 근접되며, 상기 제1 벽체의 외측면에는 복수의 제1 요홈이 간격을 두고 설치되고, 각각의 상기 제1 요홈 사이에는 각각 제1 블록체가 구비되며, 상기 제1 벽체 및 각각의 상기 제1 블록체의 외측면 바닥부에는 걸림부가 돌출되게 설치되고;
    상기 박스체는 외부와 연통되는 수용 공간을 구비하며, 상기 박스체의 최상면에는 수직되는 제2 벽체가 설치되고, 상기 제2 벽체의 내측면에는 높이가 상기 제2 벽체보다 낮은 제1 단턱부 및 높이가 상기 제1 단턱부보다 낮은 제2 단턱부가 설치되며, 각각의 상기 제1 단턱부와 각각의 상기 제2 단턱부 사이에는 걸림홈이 구비되고, 상기 제2 벽체의 내측면에는 복수의 제2 요홈이 설치되며, 각각의 상기 제2 요홈은 각각의 제2 요홈이 만곡 형상을 이루도록 절곡부를 구비하고, 상기 커버체와 상기 박스체가 결합될 경우, 상기 커버체의 걸림부는 상기 걸림홈 내에 걸림 고정되며, 각각의 상기 제1 블록체는 각각의 상기 제1 요홈과 각각의 상기 제2 요홈이 서로 대응되어 상기 수용 공간과 연통하는 통로를 형성하도록 각각 상기 제1 단턱부 및 상기 제2 단턱부와 결합되는 개봉 방지 통기 박스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    탄성을 갖는 시트체가 상기 커버체 최상면의 일측으로부터 연장되고, 상기 시트체는 기설정된 길이를 가지며, 상기 시트체의 말단에는 아래를 향하는 제1 결합 부재가 구비되고; 상기 박스체의 제2 벽체에는 적어도 하나의 제1 노치가 구비되며, 상기 제2 벽체 바닥부의 일측으로부터 바깥쪽으로 플랜지가 수평으로 연장되고, 상기 플랜지는 제2 노치를 구비하며, 상기 제2 노치는 점절단선에 의해 제2 결합 부재와 결합되고, 상기 제2 결합 부재는 제3 요홈을 구비하며, 상기 커버체가 상기 박스체의 최상부에 결합될 경우, 상기 시트체의 바닥면과 상기 제1 단턱부의 최상면이 접촉되고, 상기 제1 결합 부재는 상기 제3 요홈과 어긋나며, 상기 시트체를 아래로 눌러 제1 결합 부재의 방향이 상기 제3 요홈에 대응되도록 변경되어 상기 제1 결합 부재와 상기 제3 요홈이 걸림 결합되고, 상기 제2 결합 부재가 각각의 상기 점절단선을 따라 찢어진 후, 상기 시트체는 탄성을 가지므로 리셋되어 상기 제2 결합 부재가 상기 제2 노치 위에 위치하여 단차를 형성하며, 상기 시트체가 상기 제2 노치의 외측으로 밀려 상기 제2 결합 부재가 더 이상 상기 제2 노치에 맞물리지 못하게 되는 개봉 방지 통기 박스.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 결합 부재에는 환형의 플랫폼부가 설치되고, 상기 제3 요홈은 상기 플랫폼부 내에 위치하며, 상기 제1 결합 부재와 상기 제3 요홈이 결합될 경우, 상기 플랫폼부의 최상면은 상기 시트체의 바닥면과 접촉하는 개봉 방지 통기 박스.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 제3 요홈은 상기 제1 결합 부재와 상기 제3 요홈이 긴밀히 결합되도록 위가 좁고 아래가 넓은 형상으로 이루어지는 개봉 방지 통기 박스.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 커버체의 제1 벽체의 내측면에는 적어도 하나의 위치 결정 홈이 추가로 설치되고, 상기 제2 단턱부에는 적어도 하나의 위치 결정 블록이 추가로 설치되며, 상기 커버체와 상기 박스체가 결합될 경우, 상기 위치 결정 블록은 상기 위치 결정 홈에 인입되는 개봉 방지 통기 박스.
