본 발명은 용기에 관한 것으로, 특히 개봉된 후 회복이 용이하지 않고 육안으로 이미 개봉된 상태를 식별할 수 있는 용기에 관한 것이다.
슈퍼마켓에서, 함체, 컵 또는 공기와 같은 다양한 진공 성형 플라스틱 용기는 음식의 신선도를 유지하기 위해 음식을 담는데 매우 적합한다. 이러한 유형의 제품은 일반적으로 투명한 재질을 사용하여, 소비자가 제품을 구매할 때 한 눈으로 확인할 수 있도록 하여 판매 후의 분쟁을 방지하지만, 많은 소비자는 함체 내의 음식이 온전하고 신선한지를 확인하기 위해, 사사로이 플라스틱을 개봉하여 스스로 확인하고 확인한 후, 해당 제품을 원래대로 회복하지 않아, 해당 플라스틱 용기 내의 음식이 신선도가 떨어지고, 해당 플라스틱이 손상되어 용기의 외관에 영향을 미친다. 또한, 해당 포장함이 이미 개봉된 사실을 조기에 발견하지 못하면, 해당 포장함 내의 음식이 상하기 쉬워 음식이 낭비되고 상가의 비용 부담이 증가된다.
이 밖에, 현재 흔히 사용하는 플라스틱 용기 역시 갈수록 개봉된 후 식별이 용이한 구조로 설계되고 있는데, 이러한 구조는 대부분 찢어낸 후의 파선에 의해 생성된 버를 이용하여 찢어낸 부재와 재차 끼움 결합시켜, 사용자는 육안으로 플라스틱 용기가 개봉되었는지 여부를 용이하게 식별할 수 없으므로, 흔히 사용하는 플라스틱 용기는 여전히 개선히 필요하다.
상기 단점을 고려하여, 본 발명의 비 등척성 개봉 식별 용기는, 최상면의 일측에는 탄성을 갖는 시트체가 연장되고, 상기 시트체는 기설정된 외측으로 돌출된 길이를 구비하며, 시트체의 말단에는 아래로 향하는 제1 결합구가 구비되는 커버체; 최상면의 일측에는 플랜지가 외부로 수평 연장되고, 상기 플랜지에는 노치가 구비되며, 상기 플랜지에는 스토퍼가 돌출되게 설치되고, 최상부에 상기 커버체가 결합되어, 상기 시트체의 바닥면이 상기 스토퍼의 최상면과 접촉하도록 하는 함체; 및 그루브가 구비되며, 파선을 통해 상기 노치와 결합되고, 상기 커버체와 상기 함체가 결합된 후, 상기 제1 결합구는 상기 그루브와 어긋나며, 상기 시트체를 아래로 눌러, 상기 제1 결합구가 상기 그루브와 걸림 결합되고, 각각의 상기 파선을 따라 상기 제2 결합구를 찢어낸 후, 상기 시트체는 탄성을 구비하므로 리셋되어 상기 노치의 상측에 위치되며, 상기 시트체는 상기 노치의 외측으로 돌출되는 제2 결합구를 포함한다.
본 발명의 장점은 하기와 같다. 제1 결합구가 제2 결합구와 결합된 후 분해가 쉽지 않고, 제2 결합구는 찢긴 후, 여전히 제1 결합구와 결합되며 시트체에 의해 리셋되어 노치 상측에 위치되고, 상기 시트체는 상기 노치의 외측으로 돌출되어 노치에 끼움 결합될 수 없으므로, 사용자는 제2 결합구의 찢어진 상태를 명확히 확인할 수 있다.

본 발명의 내용 및 달성 가능한 효과를 용이하게 설명하기 위해, 도면을 결부시켜 구체적인 실시예를 열거한다. 도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 비 등척성 개봉 식별 용기는,
최상면의 일측에는 탄성을 갖는 시트체(11)가 연장되고, 상기 시트체(11)는 기설정된 외측으로 돌출된 길이를 구비하되, 본 실시예에서, 기설정된 외측으로 돌출된 길이는 2 mm이지만, 이에 한정되지 않고, 시트체의 말단에는 아래로 향하는 제1 결합구(12)가 구비되며, 바닥면에는 밀봉벽(13)이 둘러싸여 설치되는 커버체(10);
최상면의 일측에는 플랜지(21)가 외부로 수평 연장되고, 상기 플랜지(21)에는 노치(211)가 구비되며, 상기 플랜지(21)에는 스토퍼(22)가 돌출되게 설치되고, 내벽에는 제1 단계부(23) 및 제2 단계부(24)가 설치되는 함체(20); 및
도 3 및 도 4를 참조하면, 그루브가 구비되며, 고리형 스탠드부(32)가 설치되고, 상기 그루브(31)는 상기 스탠드부(32) 내에 위치하며, 상기 그루브(31)는 위가 좁고 아래가 넓은 형상을 갖는 제2 결합구(30)를 포함한다.
상기 제2 결합구(30)는 파선(A)을 통해 상기 노치(211)와 결합되고; 제2 결합구(30)와 상기 노치(211)가 대향하는 주변 가장자리에는 복수의 범프(301)가 간격을 두고 돌출되게 설치되며, 각각의 상기 범프(301)를 통해 상기 노치(211)와 결합되므로, 각각의 상기 범프(301)를 통해 노치(211)와 결합되는 방식을 파선(A)으로 지칭한다. 이에 따라 제2 결합구(30)를 찢어내는데 유리하다.
도 5를 참조하면, 상기 커버체(10)가 상기 함체(20)와 결합될 경우, 상기 밀봉벽(13)의 바닥면은 상기 제1 단계부(23)와 접촉되고, 상기 밀봉벽(13)의 최상면은 상기 제2 단계부(24)와 평행되며, 도 6을 참조하면, 동시에 상기 시트체(11)의 바닥면은 상기 스토퍼(22)의 최상면과 접촉되고; 커버체(10)가 함체(20)와 결합된 후, 상기 제2 결합구(30)는 상기 시트체(11)의 하측에 위치하며, 상기 제1 결합구(12)는 상기 그루브(31)과 어긋나고, 시트체(11)가 탄성을 구비하므로 상기 시트체(11)를 여전히 아래로 누를 수 있어, 제1 결합구(12)가 방향을 변경하여 그루브(31)와 대응되도록 하며, 상기 제1 결합구(12)는 상기 그루브(31)와 걸림 결합되며, 상기 제1 결합구(12)가 상기 그루브(31)과 결합될 경우, 상기 스탠드부(32)의 최상면은 상기 시트체(11)의 바닥면과 접촉된다.
도 7을 참조하면, 상기 제2 결합구(30)를 각각의 상기 파선(A)을 따라 찢어낸 후, 상기 제2 결합구(30)는 여전히 제1 결합구(12)와 결합되고, 상기 시트체(11)는 탄성을 구비하므로 리셋되어 상기 제2 결합구(30)가 상기 노치(211) 상측에 위치하여 단차를 형성하여 더 이상 노치(211)에 끼움 결합될 수 없으므로, 사용자는 제2 결합구(30)의 찢어진 상태를 명확히 확인할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 최상면의 일측에는 탄성을 갖는 시트체가 연장되고, 상기 시트체는 기설정된 외측으로 돌출된 길이를 구비하며, 시트체의 말단에는 아래로 향하는 제1 결합구가 구비되는 커버체;
    최상면의 일측에는 플랜지가 외부로 수평 연장되고, 상기 플랜지에는 노치가 구비되며, 상기 플랜지에는 스토퍼가 돌출되게 설치되고, 최상부에 상기 커버체가 결합되어, 상기 시트체의 바닥면이 상기 스토퍼의 최상면과 접촉하도록 하는 함체; 및
    그루브가 구비되며, 파선을 통해 상기 노치와 결합되고, 상기 커버체와 상기 함체가 결합된 후, 상기 제1 결합구는 상기 그루브와 어긋나며, 상기 시트체를 아래로 눌러, 상기 제1 결합구가 상기 그루브와 걸림 결합되고, 각각의 상기 파선을 따라 제2 결합구를 찢어낸 후, 상기 시트체는 탄성을 구비하므로 리셋되어 상기 노치의 상측에 위치되며, 상기 시트체는 상기 노치의 외측으로 돌출되는 제2 결합구를 포함하는 비 등척성 개봉 식별 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 결합구에는 고리형 스탠드부가 설치되고, 상기 그루브는 상기 스탠드부 내에 위치하며, 상기 제1 결합구가 상기 그루브와 결합될 경우, 상기 스탠드부의 최상면은 상기 시트체의 바닥면과 접촉되는 비 등척성 개봉 식별 용기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 결합구가 상기 그루브와 긴밀히 결합되도록, 상기 그루브는 위가 좁고 아래가 넓은 형상을 나타내는 비 등척성 개봉 식별 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 커버체의 바닥면에는 밀봉벽이 둘러싸여 설치되고, 상기 함체의 내벽에는 제1 단계부 및 제2 단계부가 설치되며, 상기 커버체가 상기 함체와 결합될 경우, 상기 밀봉벽의 바닥면은 상기 제1 단계부와 접촉되고, 상기 밀봉벽의 최상면이 상기 제2 단계부와 평행되는 비 등척성 개봉 식별 용기.
