Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 질소 헤테로사이클을 포함하는 4급 질소 화합물로서, 여기서:
적어도 하나의 중합체성 치환기가 상기 헤테로사이클의 고리 원자에 결합되고;
방향족 광제거성 기 (PRG)가 상기 헤테로사이클의 4급 질소 고리 원자에 직접 결합되며, UV 조사 하의 상기 방향족 광제거성 기의 방출은 3급 아민을 산출하는 것인
화합물. - 제1항에 있어서, 할라이드 및 붕소, 인 또는 규소로부터 선택된 원소를 포함하는 비-배위 음이온으로부터 선택된 음이온 전하의 반대 이온의 화학량론적 양을 포함하는 화합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 고리 질소 원자를 갖는 불포화 모노시클릭 또는 비시클릭 질소 헤테로사이클을 포함하는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 광제거성 기 (PRG)가 하기 화학식에 의해 나타내어지는 것인 화합물:
-CR1R2-Ar (PRG)
여기서:
R1 및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-C6 알킬이고;
Ar은 6 내지 18개의 고리 탄소 원자를 갖는 아릴 기를 나타내며, 상기 아릴 기는 비치환될 수 있거나 또는 하나 이상의 C1-C6 알킬 기, C2-C4 알케닐 기, CN, OR3, SR3, CH2OR3, C(O)R3, C(O)OR3 또는 할로겐에 의해 치환될 수 있고;
존재하는 경우, 각각의 R3은 독립적으로 수소, C1-C6-알킬 및 페닐로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된다. - 제4항에 있어서,
R1 및 R2 중 적어도 하나가 수소이고;
Ar이 6 내지 18개의 고리 탄소 원자를 갖는 아릴 기를 나타내며, 상기 아릴 기가 비치환될 수 있거나 또는 하나 이상의 C1-C6 알킬 기, C2-C4 알케닐 기, C(O)R3 또는 할로겐에 의해 치환될 수 있는 것인
화합물. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 하기 일반 화학식에 의해 제시되는 것인 화합물:

여기서:
Y는 폴리올레핀, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리카르보네이트, 비닐 중합체 및 그의 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 r-가 중합체성 라디칼이고;
L은 공유 결합 또는 유기 연결 기이고;
β는 전하 균형화 음이온이 회합되는 4급 질소 고리 원자를 갖는 질소 헤테로사이클을 나타내고;
PRG는 상기 헤테로사이클의 4급 질소 고리 원자에 결합된 상기 방향족 광제거성 기이고;
r은 적어도 1의 정수, 바람직하게는 1 내지 5의 정수이다. - 제6항에 있어서, 기 -β-PRG가 하기 화학식 중 어느 하나에 의해 나타내어지는 것인 화합물:

여기서:
n은 1, 2 또는 3이고;
R4는 수소, C1-C6 알킬, 페닐 또는 일반 화학식 -L˙Y에 의해 나타내어지는 중합체성 치환기이며, 여기서 L˙은 공유 결합 또는 유기 연결 기이고 Y˙는 폴리올레핀, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리카르보네이트, 비닐 중합체 및 그의 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 중합체성 라디칼이고;
Xm-는 할라이드 및 붕소, 인 또는 규소로부터 선택된 원소를 포함하는 비-배위 음이온으로부터 선택된 음이온 전하 m의 반대 이온이다. - 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 r-가 중합체성 라디칼 Y가 폴리알킬렌 옥시드 및 그의 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 폴리에테르인 화합물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 r-가 중합체성 라디칼 Y가 에틸렌 옥시드 또는 프로필렌 옥시드의 선형 단독중합체 또는 에틸렌 옥시드, 프로필렌 옥시드 및, 임의적으로, 부틸렌 옥시드의 선형 공중합체인 화합물.
- 제6항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 r-가 중합체성 라디칼 Y가 100 내지 100,000, 바람직하게는 400 내지 7500 g/mol의 중량 평균 분자량을 특징으로 하는 것인 화합물.
- 경화성 조성물에서 잠재성 촉매로서의 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 화합물의 용도로서, 상기 화합물의 경화가 3급 아민에 의해 촉매화 또는 공-촉매화될 수 있는 것인 용도.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 화합물이 하기를 갖는 자외선 광으로 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도:
150 내지 600 nm, 바람직하게는 200 내지 450 nm의 파장; 및 / 또는
5 내지 500 mJ/㎠, 바람직하게는 50 내지 400 mJ/㎠의 에너지. - 하기를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 코팅, 접착제 또는 실란트 조성물:
a) 폴리이소시아네이트;
b) 폴리올; 및,
c) 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 적어도 하나의 화합물을 포함하는 잠재성 촉매. - 코팅, 접착제 또는 실란트 조성물로서 또는 복합 재료용 매트릭스로서 사용하기 위한 경화성 에폭시-수지 조성물로서, 상기 에폭시 수지 조성물이 하기를 포함하는 것인 조성물:
a) 에폭시 수지;
b) 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 적어도 하나의 화합물을 포함하는 잠재성 촉매; 및, 임의적으로
c) 상기 에폭시 수지를 위한 경화제. - 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.01 내지 10 중량%, 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 5 중량%의 양으로 상기 잠재성 촉매를 포함하는 조성물.
