Claims (8)
- 차체의 사이드멤버에 형성된 장착홀 내에 삽입 장착되는 하우징;
외면에 복수의 지지날개가 일체로 형성된 구조로 구비되어, 상기 하우징의 내부에 삽입 배치되는 인슐레이터;
상기 인슐레이터의 내부에 삽입되는 금속코어;
상기 인슐레이터의 각 지지날개 표면에 밀착된 상태로 인슐레이터와 함께 상기 하우징의 내부에 삽입되어, 하우징과 체결되는 아우터 브라켓;
을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 변속기 마운트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하우징에는 원주방향을 따라 등간격을 이루는 한 쌍의 끼움홀이 형성되고, 상기 아우터 브라켓의 외표면에는 끼움홀에 삽입 체결되는 체결핀이 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 변속기 마운트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 아우터 브라켓의 외표면에서 체결핀 사이면에는 지그 밀착홈이 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 변속기 마운트.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 체결핀의 표면에는 고무가 가류 성형되거나 접착제가 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 변속기 마운트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 금속코어의 양측면에서 상하 위치에는 인슐레이터의 지지날개에 의하여 커버링되는 지지날개 지지체가 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 변속기 마운트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 금속코어의 양측면에는 인슐레이터에 의하여 커버링되는 위치 한정용 완충돌기가 더 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 변속기 마운트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 금속코어의 정면부에는 변속기 서포트 브라켓과 볼팅 체결되는 볼팅홀이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 변속기 마운트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 하우징의 정면부에는 변속기 서포트 브라켓과 밀착되는 진동절연용 고무스토퍼가 더 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 변속기 마운트.
