Claims (5)
- 밀가루와 타피오카 전분을 8:2 중량비율로 혼합하는 단계;
곽향정기산 성분, 이진탕 성분, 해독탕 성분, 십전대보탕 성분, 평위산 성분, 쌍화탕 성분 중 적어도 어느 하나인 한약재를 저온고농축기기에 투입하여 추출액을 추출하는 단계;
상기 밀가루와 타피오카 전분 혼합물에 상기 추출액을 넣고 반죽하는 단계;
상기 반죽단계에서 제조된 반죽물을 숙성시키는 단계;를 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 식품 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 추출액에 식용수, 들깨가루, 흑깨가루, 곰탕을 첨가하여 육수를 제조하는 단계;를 더 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 식품 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 반죽단계에서 제조된 반죽물에 이스트를 첨가하여 숙성시키는 단계;를 더 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 식품 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물 1 중량부에 대해서 상기 추출액 0.3 내지 0.4 중량부 비율로 혼합되어 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 식품 제조 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 곽향정기산 성분은 곽향, 소엽, 백지, 대복피, 백복령, 후박, 백울, 진피, 길경, 구감초, 생강, 대추를 포함하여 제조되고,
상기 이진탕 성분은 감초, 귤피, 적복령, 생강을 포함하여 제조되고,
상기 해독탕 성분은 감초, 괴화, 연교, 치자, 황금, 황련을 포함하여 제조되고,
상기 십전대보탕 성분은 인삼, 백출, 백복령, 감초, 숙지황, 백작약, 천궁, 당귀, 황기, 육계, 대추, 생강을 포함하여 제조되고,
상기 평위산 성분은 창출, 진피, 후박, 감초, 대추, 생강을 포함하여 제조되고,
상기 쌍화탕 성분은 백작약, 숙지황, 황기, 당귀, 천궁, 계피, 감초, 생강, 대추를 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 한방 식품 제조 방법.
