Description
도 2a는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 한 개의 배출공이 형성된 이중조리용기의 배출공 단면적에 따른 조리시간의 변화를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 2b는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 두 개의 배출공이 형성된 이중조리용기의 배출공 단면적에 따른 조리시간의 변화를 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 2c는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 바이메탈 센서가 형성된 이중조리용기의 배출공 단면적에 따른 조리시간의 변화를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (7)
- 외통(1)의 내측에 내통(2)이 구비되어 이중구조를 형성하며, 상기 내통을 외통의 내측에 삽입하여 상기 외통의 바닥면과 상기 내통의 바닥면이 일정한 간격을 유지하여 보열공간(3)을 형성하고, 상기 보열공간과 연통되도록 상기 외통과 상기 내통 사이에 측면유로(4)가 형성된 이중조리용기에 있어서,
상기 외통(1)에 측면유로(4)와 연통되는 하나 또는 다수개의 배출공(5)이 형성되며, 상기 배출공(5)의 총 단면적이 1~25π㎟ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중조리용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보열공간(3)의 높이가 3~15㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중조리용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 보열공간(3)의 부피가 7~15㎖인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중조리용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배출공(5)의 직경이 2㎜ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중조리용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배출공(5)의 직경이 2~6㎜ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중조리용기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배출공(5)이 형성된 측면유로(4)의 일측에 장착되어 상기 보열공간(3)과 측면유로(4)의 온도에 따라 자동개폐되는 바이메탈 센서(6)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중조리용기. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 배출공(5)의 직경이 2~10㎜ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 이중조리용기.
