- A) 100 중량부의 하기 식 (I)의 말단 기를 가진 실란 종결 중합체(P),
B) 7 내지 200 중량부의 하기 식 (II)의 반응성 가소제(RW),
C) 0 내지 400 중량부의 충전제(F), 및
D) 0.01 내지 20 중량부의 경화 촉매(K)
를 포함하는 수분 경화성 코팅 조성물(C):
-A-Si(OR1)xR2 3-x (I)
R3-Si(OR4)yR5 3-y (II)
상기 식들에서
A는 1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 가진 직쇄형 또는 분지쇄형 알킬렌 기이고,
R 1 및 R 4 는 각각 1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 가진 직쇄형 또는 분지쇄형, 비치환 또는 할로겐 치환된 알킬 기이며,
R 2 및 R 5 는 각각 1 내지 5개의 탄소 원자를 가진 직쇄형 또는 분지쇄형, 비치환 또는 할로겐 치환된 알킬 기이며,
R 3 은 6 내지 40개의 탄소 원자를 가진, 아릴 기 또는 직쇄형, 분지쇄형 또는 환형 알킬 기 또는 알케닐 기이며, 여기서 개개 수소 원자는 유기 라디칼로 치환될 수 있고, R 3 이 직쇄형, 분지쇄형 또는 환형 알킬 기 또는 알케닐 기인 경우, 탄소 사슬은 산소 원자가 개재될 수 있으며,

- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 20 중량부 이상의 충전제(F)를 포함하는 수분 경화성 코팅 조성물(C).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충전제 (F)는 알루미늄 트리히드록시드, 탄산칼슘, 황산바륨, 활석, 운모, 카올린, 실리카, 석영, 중정석(heavy spar), 및 카본블랙으로부터 선택되는 것인 수분 경화성 코팅 조성물(C).
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 경화 촉매(K)는 유기 티타늄 화합물, 유기 주석 화합물, 아미노실란, 유기 아민, 및 산성 화합물로부터 선택되는 것인 수분 경화성 코팅 조성물(C).
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 코팅 조성물(C)을 밀봉될 표면에 도포하는 것인 표면 밀봉 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 밀봉될 표면에 도포되는 코팅 조성물(C)은 0 내지 50℃의 온도에서 경화되는 것인 방법.
