Claims (20)
- 유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기로서:
유체를 수용하기 위한 유입구 그리고 유체를 배출하기 위한 유출구를 포함하는, 용기;
상기 용기 내에 위치된 자외선 광원; 그리고
각각 제1 챔버, 제2 챔버 및 제3 챔버를 형성하기 위하여 상기 용기 내에 위치된, 제1 배플 판, 제2 배플 판 및 제3 배플 판;
을 포함하는, 유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기에 있어서;
상기 제1 배플 판, 제2 배플 판 및 제3 배플 판은, 플러그 흐름을 제공하도록 상기 용기 내의 유체 흐름을 제어하기 위한, 기결정된 패턴으로 배열된 홀들을 포함하는,
유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 용기는, 유입 유체의 운동 에너지를 분산시키기 위한, 돔형부(domed portion)를 포함하는,
유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 배플 판 및 제3 배플 판 내의 홀들보다, 상기 제1 배플 판 내의 홀들이 크기가 더 작은,
유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 배플 판 및 제3 배플 판 내의 홀들보다, 상기 제2 배플 판 내의 홀들이 크기가 상대적으로 더 크고,
상기 제2 배플 판 내의 홀들이 균등하게 이격된,
유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제3 배플 판 내의 홀들은 감소 홀 패턴(reducing hole pattern)으로 구성되는,
유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기.
- 유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기로서:
유체를 수용하기 위한 유입구 그리고 유체를 배출하기 위한 유출구를 포함하는, 용기;
상기 용기 내에 위치된 자외선 광원;
각각 제1 챔버 및 제2 챔버를 형성하기 위해 상기 용기 내에 위치된, 제1 배플 판 및 제2 배플 판; 그리고
상기 제1 배플 판 상에 위치된 전환 판;
을 포함하는, 유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기에 있어서,
상기 제1 배플 판 및 제2 배플 판은, 플러그 흐름을 제공하기 위한 기결정된 패턴으로 배열된 홀들을 포함하고,
상기 유입 유체의 운동 에너지를 분산시키기 위해 유입 유체의 방향을 바꾸기 위하여, 상기 전환 판은 상기 제1 배플 판에 대해 기울어져 있는,
유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기.
- 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 배플 판에 대해 대략 120도의 각도로 상기 전환 판이 배향되는,
유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기.
- 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 배플 판에 대해 대략 87도의 각도로 상기 전환 판이 배향되는,
유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기.
- 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 전환 판의 배향은 조정 가능한,
유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기.
- 제6 항에 있어서,
상기 용기는, 상기 전환 판에 의하여 방향이 바뀐 유입 유체의 운동 에너지를 분산시키기 위한, 돔형부를 포함하는,
유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기.
- 제6 항에 있어서, 상기 유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기는,
상기 제1 배플 판 그리고 상기 용기의 내벽 사이의 틈들을 폐쇄하기 위한, 사이드 배플 판들;
을 더 포함하는,
유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기.
- 제11 항에 있어서,
상기 반응기는 세 개의 사이드 배플 판들을 포함하는,
유체를 처리하기 위한 반응기.
- 자외선 반응기 내의 유체를 채널링하기 위한 방법으로서:
반응기 용기의 돔형부로 유입 유체를 배향시키는 단계;
플러그 흐름을 제공하기 위해 배열된, 복수의 배플 판들 내에 형성된 홀들을 통하여, 상기 돔형부로부터의 유체를 채널링시키는 단계; 그리고
상기 반응기의 유출부로부터 상기 유체를 배출시키는 단계;
를 포함하는,
자외선 반응기 내의 유체를 채널링하기 위한 방법.
