Claims (6)
- 殺菌対象の流体が軸方向に流れる流路を有する筐体と、
前記流体に対して紫外光を出射する半導体発光素子を有する光源と、
前記筐体の内部に前記流体が流入する流入口の側に設けられて、前記流体を整流する整流部と、を備え、
前記整流部は、前記軸方向に互いに離間して配置され、前記流体が通過する複数の孔を各々が有する、少なくとも前記流入口に最も近い位置に設けられた第1の整流板と、前記第1の整流板よりも前記流路の下流側に設けられた第2の整流板とで構成され、
前記第2の整流板が有する各々の孔の大きさは、前記1の整流板が有する各々の孔の大きさ以下であり、
前記第2の整流板は前記筐体に内接し、前記第1の整流板は前記第2の整流板に取り付けられ、
前記第1の整流板及び前記第2の整流板をそれぞれ上面及び底面とし、前記流体が通過する孔のない側壁を側面とする円筒型又は円錐台型に形成されていることを特徴とする流体殺菌装置。 - 請求項1に記載の流体殺菌装置において、
前記第1の整流板は、前記流路の中心部に前記流入口の最大径以上の大きさを有する、前記流体が通過しない止水部を有することを特徴とする流体殺菌装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の流体殺菌装置において、
前記第2の整流板は、前記筐体の内壁に隣接する外周部に前記流体が通過しない止水部を有することを特徴とする流体殺菌装置。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の流体殺菌装置において、
前記第1の整流板と前記第2の整流板との間に、前記流体が通過する複数の孔を有する第3の整流板を備えていることを特徴とする流体殺菌装置。 - 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の流体殺菌装置において、
前記筐体は、前記流入口より断面の直径が大きい円柱状の流路を有し、
前記円柱状の流路の中心軸上に前記流入口を有していることを特徴とする流体殺菌装置。 - 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の流体殺菌装置において、
前記筐体の内部には、前記流路の前記流入口と反対側の端部に設けられて、前記光源から出射された紫外光を透過する材料からなる紫外光入射窓を備えていることを特徴とする流体殺菌装置。
