Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种水族箱用紫外线灯,包括外壳及安置于外壳内腔的紫外线光管,所述外壳上开设有进水口及出水口,紫外线光管外绕设有螺旋状引流板,紫外线光管的管壁与引流板之间形成水流通道。本实用新型的设计避免了流动死角,延长了紫外线灯的杀菌时间,增强了杀菌效果,使流出的水经过充分的杀菌,可控制青苔再生,并能快速有效地杀死鱼缸或鱼池内的细菌,使鱼缸水质保持洁净清澈。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种紫外线灯,尤其涉及一种水族箱用的紫外线灯。
背景技术
紫外线灯,又称UV灯,可用于照明、杀菌等,尤其常用于水族箱中,其特殊的光感还可给环境带来特殊的效果。但现有紫外线灯普遍存在以下缺点:直接电连接于220~240V市政供电电源中,以致使用上存在危险。与紫外线光管相连的抽水泵不能完全潜入水中,装配颇为不便。更重要的是:UV灯管由一层透明外壳罩住,没有与水流直接接触,其杀菌效果大为下降。由于UV灯设计存在的不合理,水流通道存在多个死角,导致一些水停留在一些角落中不流动,污物容易堆积于这些角落中,细菌也容易在这些角落中滋生,使杀菌效果不佳。UV灯管在装配上颇为不便,每次更换或维修灯管都需要拆开所有配件才能把灯管取出,给使用带来了麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型公开了一种装拆方便、使用安全、灭菌效果好的紫外线灯。
为了实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:包括外壳及安置于外壳内腔的紫外线光管,所述外壳上开设有进水口及出水口,紫外线光管外绕设有螺旋状引流板,紫外线光管的管壁与引流板之间形成水流通道。
本实用新型的紫外线灯管外壳上开设有进水口和出水口,外壳内部设有螺旋状引流板,使经过滤器过滤的水自进水口进入后沿引流板方向螺线型前进,不但加剧了流动,增长了流线,还可避免流动死角,延长了紫外线灯的杀菌时间,增强了杀菌效果,使流出的水经过充分的杀菌。水流既可经过杀菌又可经过过滤,可控制青苔再生,并能快速有效地杀死鱼缸或鱼池内的细菌,使鱼缸水质保持洁净清澈。本实用新型紫外线灯的灯头与电线用绝缘材料密封于外壳的端盖上,端盖以嵌套的形式卡扣在外壳的壳体上,拆卸或安装时既方便且更安全。

具体实施方式
如图1至图4所示的水族箱用紫外线灯,由外壳2和紫外线光管3组成。如图2可见,外壳2由端盖23和壳体24套接而成。紫外线光管3采用H型灯管,灯头及导线以绝缘材料密封填充一体固定于端盖23中,并随端盖一体拆卸或安装。隔板26穿过灯管两管体之间固定于外壳2的内壁,把外壳2的腔室分隔成上、下两层,两层仅在灯尾处连通。进水口22和出水口21均安装在外壳靠近端盖的灯头端。外壳进水口22外接一过滤箱4,出水口21与潜水泵1的进水管11连接。
螺旋型引流板25绕于紫外线光管3外并固定于外壳2的内腔壁,在引流板25与管壁之间形成水流通道,使水流沿图2所示的方向螺线型前进。
由于紫外线对人体及周围环境造成了一定的伤害,本实用新型的紫外线灯被安置在水族箱内的一个遮光盒体中。为了避免在更换或维修过程紫外线外透对使用者造成伤害,在外壳2的进水口及出水口各设有一块紫外线挡板27。
紫外线光管3和潜水泵1均电连接12或24V安全电压。
使用时,鱼缸中的水流经过滤器4过滤后从进水口22流入外壳2中,沿图中所示的水流方向螺线型流动,在此流动过程中,水中的细菌等微生物受到紫外线的杀菌。最后,经灭菌的水从出水口泵入潜水泵1的进水管11,并从泵的出水管泵往鱼缸,使鱼缸水得到灭菌过滤的循环。需要更换灯管时,只需把端盖23和光管3与壳体24一体拆离即可。
除了应用于家庭观赏的水族箱外,本实用新型还可应用在大的水池或鱼塘中。
Claims (6)
1、一种水族箱用紫外线灯,包括外壳(2)及安置于外壳(2)内腔的紫外线光管(3),其特征在于:所述外壳(2)上开设有进水口及出水口,紫外线光管(3)外绕设有螺旋状引流板(25),紫外线光管(3)的管壁与引流板(25)之间形成水流通道。
2、根据权利要求1所述的水族箱用紫外线灯,其特征在于:所述外壳(2)由端盖(23)和壳体(24)套接而成,所述紫外线光管(3)的灯头及导线以绝缘材料密封填充固定于端盖(23)中。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的水族箱用紫外线灯,其特征在于:所述紫外线光管(3)为H型紫外线光管,一隔板(26)穿过H型紫外线光管两管体之间并把所述外壳(2)的腔室分隔成仅灯尾部位相连通的上下两层,所述出水口及进水口安设于外壳(2)的灯头端。
4、根据权利要求1所述的水族箱用紫外线灯,其特征在于:在外壳(2)的进水口及出水口内侧各设有一块紫外线挡板(27)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的水族箱用紫外线灯,其特征在于:所述外壳进水口外接一过滤箱(4)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的水族箱用紫外线灯,其特征在于:紫外线光管(3)电连接于安全电压。
