Description
Claims (14)
- 면심정방(face-centered tetragonal) 구조를 가지는 백금-금속 합금을 포함하며,상기 백금-금속 합금은 CuKα 선을 이용한 XRD 패턴에서 2θ 값이 65 내지 75도에서 브로드(broad)한 피크(peak) 또는 끝이 두 개로 갈라진 피크를 나타내며,상기 백금-금속 합금은 담체에 담지되고, 평균입자 크기가 1.5 내지 5 nm 인 것인 연료전지용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속은 V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ru, Rh, W, Os, Ir, Sn, Ga, Ti, Mo 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 연료전지용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속은 Fe, Co 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 연료전지용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 백금-금속 합금은 백금과 금속의 혼합 몰비가 0.67:1 내지 1.5:1인 것인 연료전지용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 백금-금속 합금의 평균입자 크기는 1.5 내지 3 nm 인 것인 연료전지용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 백금-금속 합금은 a = 3.780 내지 3.880 Å 및 c = 3.650 내지 3.810 Å의 격자상수 값을 가지는 것인 연료전지용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 백금-금속 합금은 상기 담체에 합금 및 담체 총량에 대하여 20 내지 50 중량%로 담지되는 것인 연료전지용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 담체는 흑연, 덴카 블랙, 케첸 블랙, 아세틸렌 블랙, 카본 나노 튜브, 카본 나노 파이버, 카본 나노 와이어, 카본 나노 볼 또는 활성 탄소의 탄소계 물질; 또는 알루미나, 실리카, 지르코니아 또는 티타니아의 무기물 미립자인 것인 연료전지용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 백금-금속 합금은 200℃ 이상 700℃ 미만의 온도에서 열처리되어 형성되는 것인 연료전지용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 백금-금속 합금은 수소를 포함하는 가스 분위기에서 열처리되어 형성되는 것인 연료전지용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 백금-금속 합금은 5 내지 100 중량%의 수소를 포함하는 가스 분위기에서 열처리되어 형성되는 것인 연료전지용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 백금-금속 합금은 수소를 포함하는 가스 분위기에서 0.5 내지 10 시간 동안 열처리되어 형성되는 것인 연료전지용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연료전지용 촉매는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지(Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cell, PEMFC)에 사용되는 것인 연료전지용 촉매.
- 연료와 물이 혼합된 혼합연료를 공급하는 연료 공급부;상기 혼합연료를 개질하여 수소 가스를 포함하는 개질 가스를 발생시키는 개질부;제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 촉매를 포함하며, 개질부로부터 공급되는 수소 가스를 포함하는 개질 가스가 산화제와 전기 화학적인 반응을 일으켜 전기 에너지를 발생시키는 스택; 및산화제를 상기 스택 및 개질부로 공급하는 산화제 공급부를 포함하는 연료전지 시스템.
