Description

도 3은 MTM 단위 셀의 2차원 어레이에 기초된 CRLH MTM 장치의 다른 예시를 도시한다.
도 4는 1-D 또는 2-D 어레이내 및 CRLH MTM 구조물내에 형성된 안테나 소자를 포함하는 안테나 어레이의 예를 도시한다.
도 5는 네 개의 단위 셀들을 갖는 CRLH MTM 전송 라인의 예를 도시한다.

Claims (10)
- 접지 전극;
적어도 하나의 안테나 소자; 및
적어도 하나의 기생 소자를 포함하고,
각각의 안테나 소자는:
도전성 셀 패치;
상기 도전성 셀 패치에 전자기적으로 결합되는 피드 구조; 및
상기 도전성 셀 패치를 상기 접지 전극에 결합시키는 유도성 동조 소자를 포함하고,
각각의 기생 소자는 상기 적어도 하나의 안테나 소자와 관련된 방사 패턴을 조작(manipulate)하도록 구성되는, 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
제1 측면상의 제1 표면과 제1 측면과 반대쪽의 제2 측면상의 제2 표면을 갖는 상기 장치를 지지하는 기판을 더 포함하는 장치. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 유도성 동조 소자를 상기 도전성 셀 패치에 결합시키는 유도성 소자를 더 포함하는, 장치. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 유도성 소자는 셀 비아 (cell via)를 포함하는, 장치. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 유도성 동조 소자는 접지 전극 패드 및 접지 전극 스트립 (stripe)을 포함하는, 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 피드 구조에 결합되는 런치 패드 (launch pad)를 더 포함하는 장치. - 제6항에 있어서,
각각의 안테나 소자의 적어도 일부는 복합 좌우선회성 (CRLH) 구조를 형성하도록 구성되는 장치. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 복합 좌우선회성 (CRLH) 구조는 적어도 2개의 서로 다른 파장에서 공진하는 장치. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 적어도 하나의 기생 소자는, 하나 이상의 방향으로 증가된 이득을 생성하는, 장치. - 접지 전극을 형성하는 단계;
적어도 하나의 안테나 소자를 형성하는 단계; 및
적어도 하나의 기생 소자를 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,
각각의 안테나 소자는:
도전성 셀 패치;
상기 도전성 셀 패치에 전자기적으로 결합되는 피드 구조; 및
상기 도전성 셀 패치를 상기 접지 전극에 결합시키는 유도성 동조 소자를 포함하고,
각각의 기생 소자는 상기 적어도 하나의 안테나 소자와 관련된 방사 패턴을 조작(manipulate)하도록 구성되는, 방법.
