Claims (25)
- 기질로부터 생성시킨 과산화수소의 양에 기초하여 기질 농도를 측정하는 방법으로서:상기 과산화수소와 저해 물질이 반응하는 것을 억제하기 위한 억제제를 공존시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 저해 물질은 헤모글로빈이며,상기 억제제는 헤모글로빈을 메트화하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 억제제는 아지드 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 아지드 화합물은 아지화나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 아지드 화합물의 농도는 0.001∼1.000wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 억제제는 아질산염, 페리시안화염, 과산화염, 및 과망간산염으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 억제제는 아질산 나트륨, 페리시안화칼륨, 과산화바륨, 및 과망간산 칼륨으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지지 전해질을 더 공존시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 지지 전해질은 염화나트륨 또는 염화칼륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 지지 전해질의 농도는 0.01∼2.00wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 방법.
- 기질로부터 생성시킨 과산화수소 농도를 측정하기 위한 과산화수소 전극을 구비한 농도 측정 장치로서:상기 과산화수소와 저해 물질이 반응하는 것을 억제하기 위한 억제제가 공급 되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 억제제로서 상기 저해 물질인 헤모글로빈을 메트화하는 것을 공급하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 아지드 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 아지드 화합물은 아지화나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 억제제는 아질산염, 페리시안화염, 과산화염, 및 과망간산염으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 억제제는 아질산 나트륨, 페리시안화칼륨, 과산화바륨, 및 과망간산 칼륨으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 지지 전해질이 더 공급되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징 으로 하는 기질 농도의 측정 장치.
- 기질로부터 생성시킨 과산화수소의 양에 기초하여 기질 농도를 측정하기 위한 시약으로서:상기 과산화수소와 저해 물질이 반응하는 것을 억제하기 위한 억제제를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도 측정용 시약.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 저해 물질은 헤모글로빈이며,상기 억제제는 헤모글로빈을 메트화하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도 측정용 시약.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 억제제는 아지드 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도 측정용 시약.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 아지드 화합물은 아지화나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도 측정용 시약.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 억제제는 아질산염, 페리시안화염, 과산화염, 및 과망간산염으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도 측정용 시약.

- 제 18 항에 있어서, 지지 전해질을 더 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기질 농도 측정용 시약.
