Claims (18)
- 타이어 표면에, 내주측으로부터 외주측을 향해 연장되는 난류 발생용 돌기를 타이어 둘레 방향으로 간격을 두어 설치한 공기입 타이어이며,상기 난류 발생용 돌기는 연장 방향에 대한 직교 방향으로 절단한 단면 형상에서 보았을 때 에지부를 갖고,공기류가 충돌하는 상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 전방 벽면과 상기 타이어 표면이 이루는 전방 벽 각도는 70°내지 110°의 범위로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 상기 단면 형상은 좌우 대칭형인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 타이어 회전 방향에 대해 상기 전방 벽면의 후방에 위치하는 후방 벽면과 상기 타이어 표면이 이루는 후방 벽 각도는 90°이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 상기 단면 형상은 좌우 비대칭형인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 상기 단면 형상에 있어서의 하변 폭은 0.5㎜ 내지 5㎜의 범위로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 높이를 h, 타이어 반경을 R로 하면, 0.03≤h/R1/2≤0.64의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 높이를 h, 타이어 반경을 R로 하면, 0.05≤h/R1/2≤0.64의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 상기 단면 형상은 사다리꼴인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 상기 단면 형상은 삼각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 상기 단면 형상에 있어서의 상기 전방 벽면은 플랫면이며,상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 상기 단면 형상에 있어서, 타이어 회전 방향에 대해 상기 전방 벽면의 후방에 위치하는 후방 벽면은 원호면인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 상기 단면 형상은 단차를 갖는 단차식 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난류 발생용 돌기에는, 연장 방향에 대한 직교 방향으로 관통하는 관통 구멍이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 높이를 h, 타이어 회전 방향에 인접하는 상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 피치를 p, 상기 단면 형상에 있어서의 상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 하변 폭을 w로 하였을 때에, 1.0≤p/h≤50.0, 또한 1.0≤(p-w)/w≤100.0의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난류 발생용 돌기의 타이어 직경 방향에 대해 경사지는 각도인 경사각(θ)은 -70°≤θ≤70°의 범위로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난류 발생용 돌기는 타이어 사이드부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사이드 타이어부에는 상기 타이어 사이드부를 보강하는 사이드월 보강층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중하중용 타이어인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난류 발생용 돌기는 트레드부에 형성되는 홈에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기입 타이어.
