Claims (26)
- a) 40 내지 90중량%의 매트릭스 중합체(1) 및1 내지 100㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 10 내지 60중량%의 확산 입자들로서, 상기 입자들 중의 90중량%의 평균 입자 크기가 상기 중량 평균 입자 크기의 ±55% 이내인 확산 입자들(2)을 포함하는 확산층으로서,상기 확산 입자들의 굴절율과 상기 확산층 매트릭스의 굴절율이 0.02 이상 상이한 확산층; 및b) 상기 확산층의 각각의 면 위에 하나씩 존재하는, 적어도 2개의 기판층들을 포함하는, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다층 스크린이 1.5 내지 10mm의 두께를 갖는, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확산층이 0.0254 내지 1.27mm의 두께를 갖는, 다층 스크린.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 확산층이 0.254 내지 0.508mm의 두께를 갖는, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확산층 매트릭스가 아크릴 중합체 또는 공중합체인, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확산 입자들이 1 내지 40㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는, 다층 스크린.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 확산 입자들이 1 내지 25㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는, 다층 스크린.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 확산 입자들이 5 내지 9㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확산 입자들 중의 90중량%가 상기 평균 입자 크기의 ±40% 이내의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는, 다층 스크린.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 확산 입자들 중의 90중량%가 상기 평균 입자 크기의 ±20% 이내의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확산 입자들이 아크릴계 코어-쉘 입자들인, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판층들이 두께 및 조성이 동일하며, 대칭의 복합재 스크린을 제공하는, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판층들이 비대칭인, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판층들이 열가소성 중합체를 포함하는, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크린이 3개 이상의 층들로 이루어지는, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 기판층이 아크릴 공중합체인, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확산층의 관측자 측에 있는 적어도 하나의 기판층이 착색되는, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내마모층, 대전방지층, 눈부심방지층, 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 외부 층들을 추가로 포함하는, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크린이 동시-압출 또는 적층에 의해 형성되는, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판층들의 굴절율이 상기 확산층 매트릭스 중합체의 굴절율의 0.19 이내인, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전면 프로젝션, 배면 프로젝션, 또는 전면 프로젝션과 배면 프로젝션 둘 다의 조합에 유용한 디스플레이를 포함하는, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 상기 기판층들 및/또는 상기 확산층에 내충격성 개질제를 추가로 포함하는, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴 매트릭스와 용융 혼합된 약 1 내지 60㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 입자들을 0.1 내지 18%의 부하량으로 포함하는 하나 이상의 외부 층들을 추가로 포함하며, 여기서, 상기 입자들 중의 90%가 70㎛ 미만이고, ASTM D 542에 따라 측정되는 경우 상기 입자 및 매트릭스가 0.020 유니트 이내의 굴절율을 갖는, 다층 스크린.
- 제1항에 있어서, 눈부심방지, 대전방지, 내스크래치성 또는 내마모성, 반사방지 및 흠-저항성(mar-resistance)으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상 의 특성들을 제공하는 하나 이상의 층들을 추가로 포함하는, 다층 스크린.
- 확산층 및 상기 확산층의 양쪽 면 위의 적어도 하나의 기판층을 포함하는, 적어도 3개의 열가소성 층들을 포함하는 다층 스크린으로서,모든 기판층들이 투명하고 착색되지 않으며, 236mil(두께) 3층 스크린 위에서 고니오포토메트리(goniophotometry)에 의해 측정하는 경우 상기 스크린이 0.03을 초과하는 확산 계수와 7.3°를 초과하는 하프-게인 각도(half-gain angle)를 갖는, 다층 스크린.
- 확산층 및 상기 확산층의 양쪽 면 위의 적어도 하나의 기판층을 포함하는, 적어도 3개의 열가소성 층들을 포함하는 다층 스크린으로서,적어도 하나의 기판층이 착색되며, 236mil(두께) 3층 스크린 위에서 고니오포토메트리에 의해 측정하는 경우 상기 스크린이 0.1을 초과하는 확산 계수와 10°를 초과하는 하프-게인 각도를 갖는, 다층 스크린.
