Claims (5)
- 황산이온을 함유하는 염기성 아미노산 발효액 또는 염기성 아미노산 생산 미생물의 생균체를 촉매로 하는 효소 반응액으로부터 염기성 아미노산의 염산염 결정을 수득하는 방법으로서, (1) 황산이온을 함유하는 염기성 아미노산 발효액 또는 효소 반응액에, 칼슘, 칼륨, 마그네슘 및 바륨으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 금속의 염화물을 첨가하여 상기 황산이온을 상기 금속의 황산염 결정으로서 석출시키고, (2) 상기 염기성 아미노산 용액으로부터 상기 금속의 황산염 결정을 제거하고, (3) 상기 금속의 황산염 결정을 제거한 염기성 아미노산 용액을, 상기 금속의 황산염의 포화 용해도 이하로 유지하면서 냉각시켜 염기성 아미노산을 이의 염산염 결정으로서 석출시키고, (4) 상기 염기성 아미노산 결정을 분리하여 채취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 아미노산 발효액 또는 효소 반응액에 함유되는 균체를, 상기 공정 (1)의 전 또는 상기 공정 (2)의 후에 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 염기성 아미노산이 아르기닌, 리신, 오르니틴 또는 히스티딘인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 황산이온을 함유하는 염기성 아미노산 발효액 또는 효소 반응액에 있어서의 염기성 아미노산에 대한 황산이온의 당량비가 50 내지 150%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속의 염화물의 첨가량이 상기 황산이온에 대한 당량비로 80 내지 120%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
