Claims (3)
- Mn: 0.4질량% 이상 1.5질량% 이하, Cu: 1.0질량%를 초과하고 4.0질량% 이하, Mg: 0.2질량% 이상 1.2질량% 이하, Si: 0.05질량% 이상 0.50질량% 이하, Fe: 0.05질량% 이상 0.60질량% 이하를 함유하고, Zn: 0.10질량% 이하로 규제하고, 잔부가 Al 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 알루미늄 합금으로 형성되고, 상기 Cu 함유량에 대한 Al 모상에의 Cu의 고용량의 비가, 0.8 이상인,알루미늄 합금판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 합금이, 추가로 Zr: 0.05질량% 이상 0.15질량% 이하, Cr: 0.05질량% 이상 0.20질량% 이하, 및 Ti: 0.02질량% 이상 0.15질량% 이하 중 1종 이상을 함유하는 알루미늄 합금판.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 조성의 알루미늄 합금을 용해, 주조하여 주괴로 하는 주조 공정과, 상기 주괴를 480℃ 이상 상기 알루미늄 합금의 융점 미만에서의 열처리에 의해 균질화하는 균열 처리 공정과, 상기 균질화한 주괴를 열간 압연하는 열간 압연 공정과, 상기 열간 압연 공정 후에 냉간 압연하여 압연판으로 하는 냉간 압연 공정과, 상기 압연판을 소둔하는 중간 소둔 공정과, 상기 소둔한 압연판을 압하율 20 내지 50%로 냉간 압연하는 최종 냉간 압연 공정을 포함하고,상기 중간 소둔 공정은, 상기 압연판을, 100℃/분 이상의 가열 속도로 420℃ 이상 상기 알루미늄 합금의 융점 미만의 온도역으로 가열하고, 이 온도역에 0 내지 180초 유지한 후, 300℃/분 이상의 냉각 속도로 냉각하는,알루미늄 합금판의 제조방법.
