本发明公开一种铝合金,按重量计,所述铝合金的组分包括:Mn1.4-1.6%,Cu0.7-2%,Fe0.4-0.7%,Mg0.2-0.5%,Ti0.1-0.2%,Si0.03-0.07%,Li0.01-0.05%。与现有的铝合金相比,本发明通过调整组分含量可明显改善铝合金的延伸率。

背景技术
铝合金是工业中应用最广泛的一类有色金属结构材料,在航空、航天、汽车、机械制造、船舶及化学工业中已大量应用。随着科学技术以及工业经济的飞速发展,对铝合金的需求日益增多,使铝合金的研究也随之深入。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种具有良好机械强度的铝合金。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种铝合金,按重量计,所述铝合金的组分包括:
Mn1.4-1.6%,Cu 0.7-2%,Fe 0.4-0.7%,Mg 0.2-0.5%,Ti 0.1-0.2%,Si 0.03-0.07%,Li 0.01-0.05%。
与现有的铝合金相比,本发明通过调整组分含量可明显改善铝合金的延伸率。可用于制造要求具有良好延伸性能的汽车部件。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种铝合金,按重量计,该铝合金的组分如下:Mn1.43%,Cu 0.75%,Fe 0.56%,Mg 0.24%,Ti 0.15%,Si 0.05%,Li 0.015%,余量为铝。该铝合金含有制备条件下不可避免的杂质。将各组分在730℃熔炼,浇铸成厚度为5.00mm的板材,抗拉强度183MPa,延伸率13.5%。
实施例2
一种铝合金,按重量计,该铝合金的组分如下:Mn1.41%,Cu1.7%,Fe 0.55%,Mg 0.24%,Ti 0.15%,Si 0.05%,Li 0.01%,余量为铝。该铝合金含有制备条件下不可避免的杂质。将各组分在730℃熔炼,浇铸成厚度为5.00mm的板材,抗拉强度210MPa,延伸率15.6%。
对比例
按重量计,铝合金的组分如下:Mn1.43%,Cu 0.75%,Fe 0.56%,Mg 0.24%,Ti 0.15%,Si 0.05%,余量为铝。该铝合金含有制备条件下不可避免的杂质。将各组分在730℃熔炼,浇铸成厚度为5.00mm的板材,抗拉强度181MPa,延伸率10.9%。
