本发明涉及一种铝合金。
背景技术
铝合金是工业中应用最广泛的一类有色金属结构材料,在航空、航天、汽车、机械制造、船舶及化学工业中已大量应用。铝合金密度低,但强度比较高,接近或超过优质钢,塑性好,可加工成各种型材,具有优良的导电性、导热性和抗蚀性,工业上广泛使用,使用量仅次于钢。一些铝合金可以采用热处理获得良好的机械性能,物理性能和抗腐蚀性能。现有的铝合金裂纹多,延伸率差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种铝合金,以克服现有技术中铝合金裂纹多,延伸率差的缺陷。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种铝合金,其特征在于,成分由下述重量百分比的组分组成:硅3~20%、镁3~23%、铜5~20%、钛5~35%、锌3-20%、铬2-8%、铈2~36%、锶1~33%、铝16~45%。
本发明的铝合金,表面冷隔、裂纹减少,延伸率好,提高伸长率和冲击韧性。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详细描述说明。
实施例1:
本发明提供的铝合金,其特征在于,成分由下述重量百分比的组分组成:硅5%、镁12%、铜7%、钛23%、锌4%、铬5%、铈12%、锶5%、铝17%。
实施例2:
本发明提供的铝合金,其特征在于,成分由下述重量百分比的组分组成:硅12%、镁5%、铜13%、钛27%、锌6%、铬7%、铈22%、锶12%、铝18%。
