背景技术
铝是产量仅次于钢铁的第二大类金属材料,由于性能好,用途广,需量大,且回收成本低,被誉为“万能金属”。铝合金是工业中应用最广泛的一类有色金属结构材料,在航空、航天、汽车、机械制造、船舶及化学工业中已大量应用。铝合金密度低,但强度比较高,接近或超过优质钢,塑性好,可加工成各种型材,具有优良的导电性、导热性和抗蚀性,工业上广泛使用,使用量仅次于钢。为了扩大铝合金的应用范围和应用领域,可以在铝中加入一些元素获得具有良好机械性能和抗腐蚀性能等优点的铝合金。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种铝合金,其具有铸造性能优良、耐腐蚀性好,机械性能强的优点。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种铝合金,由下述重量百分比的组分组成 :硅 2-4%、镁1-3%、铜 2-4%、锌 2-5%、铬 0.1-0.5%、铋0.1-0.2%、钛0.1-0.2%、钒0.04-0.05%、余量为铝及不可避免的杂质。
进一步,所述硅 2.5-3.5%、镁1.5-2.5%、铜 2.5-3.5%、锌 3-4%、铬 0.2-0.4%、铋0.1-0.15%、钛0.1-0.15%。
进一步,所述杂质的含量不大于0.5%。
镁、铜和锌的加入提高了本发明铝合金的机械强度并具有足够的耐腐蚀性,铬的添加使机械性能进一步提高。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的铝合金铸造性能好、裂纹少,延伸率好,提高了耐腐蚀性能,机械强度和韧性。

一种铝合金,由下述重量百分比的组分组成 :硅 3%、镁2%、铜 3%、锌 3%、铬0.2%、铋0.15%、钛0.15%、钒0.045%、余量为铝及含量不大于0.5%的杂质。
实施例3
一种铝合金,由下述重量百分比的组分组成:硅 4%、镁3%、铜 4%、锌 4%、铬0.3%、铋0.2%、钛0.2%、钒0.05%、余量为铝及含量不大于0.5%的杂质。
实施例4
一种铝合金,由下述重量百分比的组分组成:硅 2.5%、镁1.5%、铜 2.5%、锌 5%、铬0.4%、铋0.1%、钛0.2%、钒0.05%、余量为铝及含量不大于0.5%的杂质。
实施例5
一种铝合金,由下述重量百分比的组分组成:硅 3.5%、镁2.5%、铜 3.5%、锌 4%、铬0.5%、铋0.15%、钛0.15%、钒0.045%、余量为铝及含量不大于0.5%的杂质。

1.一种铝合金,其特征在于,由下述重量百分比的组分组成 :硅 2-4%、镁1-3%、铜2-4%、锌 2-5%、铬 0.1-0.5%、铋0.1-0.2%、钛0.1-0.2%、钒0.04-0.05%、余量为铝及不可避免的杂质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金,其特征在于,所述硅 2.5-3.5%、镁1.5-2.5%、铜 2.5-3.5%、锌 3-4%、铬 0.2-0.4%、铋0.1-0.15%、钛0.1-0.15%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金,其特征在于,所述杂质的含量不大于0.5%。
