本发明公开了一种高强度铸造铝合金,由以下重量百分含量的组分组成:硅1.5‑2.5%、铜2.3‑2.5%、镁2.2‑2.9%、锌2‑3%、钛0.1‑0.5%、硼0.1‑0.2%、锆0.01‑0.05%、铁<0.2%、铈0.01‑0.03%、铕0.01‑0.05%,余量为铝和不可避免的杂质。本发明通过优化合金成分和配比,有效的提高了铝合金的强度,本发明的高强度铸造铝合金的综合力学性能明显高于目前报道的铸造铝合金。

本发明涉及铸造技术领域,特别是涉及了一种高强度铸造铝合金。
背景技术
铸造铝合金作为传统的金属材料, 因其具有密度低,比强度高,生产零件灵活、简单,易于小批量生产等特点,广泛应用于 航空、航天、汽车、机械等行业。随着现代工业与国防的发展,对铸造铝合金,尤其是具 有特殊性能,如具有高强度、高韧性、优良的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性的铸造铝合金,需求量越 来越大。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种高强度铸造铝合金。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种高强度铸造铝合金,由以下重量百分含量的组分组成:硅1.5-2.5%、铜2.3-2.5%、镁2.2-2.9%、锌2-3%、钛0.1-0.5%、硼0.1-0.2%、锆0.01-0.05%、铁<0.2%、铈0.01-0.03%、铕0.01-0.05%,余量为铝和不可避免的杂质。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过优化合金成分和配比,有效的提高了铝合金的强度,本发明的高强度铸造铝合金的综合力学性能明显高于目前报道的铸造铝合金。

一种高强度铸造铝合金,由以下重量百分含量的组分组成:硅2%、铜2.4%、镁2.5%、锌2.5%、钛0.3%、硼0.15%、锆0.03%、铁<0.2%、铈0.02%、铕0.03%,余量为铝和不可避免的杂质。
实施例2
一种高强度铸造铝合金,由以下重量百分含量的组分组成:硅1.5%、铜2.3%、镁2.2%、锌2%、钛0.1%、硼0.1%、锆0.01%、铁<0.2%、铈0.01%、铕0.01%,余量为铝和不可避免的杂质。
实施例3
一种高强度铸造铝合金,由以下重量百分含量的组分组成:硅2.5%、铜2.5%、镁2.9%、锌3%、钛0.5%、硼0.2%、锆0.05%、铁<0.2%、铈0.03%、铕0.05%,余量为铝和不可避免的杂质。
