新型合金是工业中应用最广泛的一类有色金属结构材料,在航空、航天、汽车、机械制造、船舶及化学工业中已大量应用。新型合金密度低,但强度比较高,接近或超过优质钢,塑性好,可加工成各种型材,具有优良的导电性、导热性和抗蚀性,工业上广泛使用,使用量仅次于钢。一些新型合金可以采用热处理获得良好的机械性能,物理性能和抗腐蚀性能。现有的新型合金裂纹多,延伸率差。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种新型合金,以克服现有技术中新型合金裂纹多,延伸率差的缺陷。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种新型合金,其特征在于,成分由下述重量百分比的组分组成:硅7~16%、铁6~23%、铜2~20%、钛20~32%、锌1-20%、铬1-8%、铈2~30%、锰4~26%。
本发明的新型合金,表面冷隔、裂纹减少,延伸率好,提高伸长率和冲击韧性。
