Claims (20)
- 패턴의 선폭이 100 마이크로미터 이하이고 패턴의 개구율이 70% 이상 99% 이하인 패턴의 형태를 결정하는 단계, 투명기판의 적어도 일면에 전도성 발열 재료를 포함하는 페이스트를 상기 결정된 패턴에 따라 인쇄하는 단계, 상기 인쇄된 전도성 발열 재료를 포함하는 페이스트를 소성하여 전도성 발열 패턴을 형성하는 단계, 상기 전도성 발열 패턴 양단에 버스 바(bus bar)를 형성하는 단계, 및 상기 버스 바와 연결된 전원부를 마련하는 단계를 포함하는 발열체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 인쇄는 오프셋 인쇄법, 그라비아 인쇄법, 플락소 인쇄법 또는 잉크젯 인쇄법이나, 상기 인쇄법들 중 1종 이상의 복합방법을 이용하는 것인 발열체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 전도성 발열 재료는 구리, 은 또는 탄소나노튜브(CNT)를 포함하는 것인 발열체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 페이스트는 유기 바인더 및 글래스 프릿을 추가로 포함하는 것인 발열체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 인쇄는 소성 후 인쇄 패턴의 선간 간격이 30mm 이 하이고, 투명기판의 표면으로부터의 선의 높이가 1 내지 100 마이크로미터가 되도록 수행하는 것인 발열체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 패턴은 상기 페이스트를 스트라이프(Stripe), 마름모, 격자, 원형, 웨이브(wave) 패턴, 그리드, 2 차원 그리드, 물결무늬 및 사인곡선(Sine wave) 중 하나 또는 둘 이상의 조합 패턴인 것인 발열체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 패턴은 스페이싱 또는 선의 두께가 불규칙하게 구성된 것인 발열체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 투명기판의 전도성 발열 패턴이 형성된 면에 추가의 투명기재를 적층하여 합착하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 발열체의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 투명기판은 유리 또는 플라스틱 기판인 것인 발열체의 제조방법.
- a) 투명기판, b) 상기 투명기판의 적어도 일면에 배치되고 패턴의 선폭이 100 마이크로미터 이하이고 패턴의 개구율이 70% 이상 99% 이하인 전도성 발열 패턴, c) 상기 전도성 발열 패턴 양 끝단에 위치한 버스 바, 및 d) 상기 버스 바와 연결된 전원부를 포함하는 발열체.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 전도성 발열 패턴은 오프셋 인쇄법, 그라비아 인쇄법, 플락소 인쇄법 또는 잉크젯 인쇄법이나, 상기 인쇄법들 중 1종 이상의 복합방법에 의하여 형성된 것인 발열체.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 전도성 발열 패턴의 선간 간격이 30mm이하이고, 투명기판의 표면으로부터의 선의 높이가 1 내지 100마이크로미터인 것인 발열체.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 발열 작동 후 5분내 온도편차가 10% 이하인 발열체.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 버스 바의 길이 1cm 당 5 라인 이상의 패턴 선이 배치된 발열체.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 발열체는 전도성 발열 패턴이 서로 다른 적어도 2개의 영역을 포함하는 것인 발열체.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 발열체는 전도성 발열 패턴이 형성되지 않은 영역을 포함하는 것인 발열체.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 전도성 발열 패턴은 흑화된 것인 발열체.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, c) 상기 발열 패턴 상에 구비된 추가의 투명기재를 포함하는 것인 발열체.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 투명기판은 유리 또는 플라스틱 기판인 것인 발열체.
- 청구항 10에 있어서, 상기 발열체는 자동차 앞유리 용인 것인 발열체.
