Claims (5)
- 증류수, 이온 교환수, 수돗물 또는 그들 물에 전해질을 용해한 물의 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 이루어지는 물을 0 내지 7.5 질량%와, 가용화제를 0.3 내지 30 질량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조용 유성 이형제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물을 0.2 내지 1.2 질량%와, 상기 가용화제를 0.8 내지 4.8 질량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 주조용 유성 이형제.
- 제1항에 기재한 유성 이형제를 사용하여 정전 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포 방법.
- 제2항에 기재한 유성 이형제를 사용하여 정전 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도포 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 기재된 정전 도포를 위해 정전 부여 장치와 다축 로봇 상에 설치된 정전 도장 건을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정전 도포 장치.
