Claims (9)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공역디엔계 중합체는 공역디엔 단일중합체, 또는 공역디엔 단량체와 방향족 비닐단량체의 랜덤, 테이퍼드 또는 블록 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리 회수된 수소화된 공역디엔계 중합체는 불순물로서 티타늄계 촉매가 1 ∼ 20 ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1의 알파-하이드록시 카복실산계 화합물은 글리콜릭산, 젖산, 2-하이드록시부티릭산, 2-하이드록시-3-메틸프로피오닉산, 2-하이드록시-2-메틸부티릭산 및 2-하이드록시-3-메틸부티릭산 중에서 선택된 1종의 단일화합물 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산 화합물은 티타늄계 촉매 1몰에 대하여 0.5 ∼ 10 몰비로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 산 화합물은 알콜 또는 수용액에 용해시켜 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 용액은 옥살산 또는 알파-하이드록시 카복실 산을 함유한 알코올 1 부피에 대하여 1 ∼ 20 부피비로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 물 1 부피비에 대하여 중합체 용액은 1 ∼ 10 부피비 범위로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 층분리를 위한 혼합은 50 ∼ 120 ℃ 온도범위와 0.1 ∼ 20 기압범위에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
