Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 금속 알콕사이드에 용매 및 첨가제를 도입하여 금속 산화물 중간용액을 형성하는 단계;상기 금속 산화물 중간용액에 열을 가하여 상기 금속 산화물 중간용액을 농축하여 겔 상태의 금속 산화물을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 금속 산화물에 분산액을 혼합하여 금속 산화물 용액을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 금속 산화물 용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 알콕사이드는 Ti, Zn, Sr, In, Ba, K, Nb, Fe, Ta, W, Sa, Bi, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ce, Pt, Ag, Rh 또는 Ru를 포함하거나, 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 알코올류이고, 상기 첨가제는 알콜아민류, 과산화수소수 또는 수산화암모늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 농축과정에서 가해지는 열의 온도는 60℃ 내지 180℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 용액의 제조방법.
- 1항에 있어서, 상기 분산액은 알코올류, 클로로포름, 클로로벤젠, 다이플로로벤젠, THF, 자일렌, DMF, DMSO 또는 톨루엔인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물 중간용액의 형성단계, 상기 금속 산화물을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 금속 산화물 용액을 형성하는 단계는 산소 및 수분이 제거된 상태에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 용액의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물 중간용액을 형성하는 단계는, 상기 금속 알콕사이드에 상기 용매 및 상기 첨가제 이외에 도너용 화합물을 추가로 도입하여 n형의 용액도핑을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 용액의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도너용 화합물은 V, Nb 또는 Ta을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 용액의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 도너용 화합물은 상기 금속 알콕사이드에 대해 1 내지 6몰%의 비율로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 용액의 제조방법.
- 농축 과정에서 증발되는 용매;상기 농축 과정 이전의 용매를 기준으로 5% 내지 60%의 부피비로 혼합된 금 속 알콕사이드;상기 용매를 기준으로 5% 내지 20%의 부피비로 혼합된 첨가제; 및상기 농축 과정에 의해 형성된 겔 상태의 금속 산화물을 희석시키기 위한 분산액을 포함하는 금속 산화물 용액.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 금속 알콕사이드는 Ti, Zn, Sr, In, Ba, K, Nb, Fe, Ta, W, Sa, Bi, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ce, Pt, Ag, Rh 또는 Ru를 포함하거나, 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 용액.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 알코올류이고, 상기 첨가제는 알콜아민류, 과산화수소수 또는 수산화암모늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 용액.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 금속 알콕사이드는 타이타늄 이소프록사이드이고, 상기 첨가제는 에탄올아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 용액.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 겔 상태의 금속 산화물은 상기 금속 알콕사이드에 상기 첨가제가 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 용액.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 분산액은 알코올류, 클로로포름, 클로로벤젠, 다이플로로벤젠, THF, 자일렌, DMF, DMSO 또는 톨루엔인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 용액.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물 용액은 산소 및 수분이 제거된 상태에서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 산화물 용액.
- 양극을 가지는 기판;상기 기판 상에 형성된 광활성층;상기 광활성층 상에 형성된 금속 산화물;상기 금속 산화물 상에 형성된 음극을 포함하고,상기 금속 산화물은, 금속 산화물 용액의 도포 및 건조에 의해 형성되고, 상기 금속 산화물 용액은,농축 과정에서 증발되는 용매;상기 농축 과정 이전의 용매를 기준으로 5% 내지 60%의 부피비로 혼합된 금속 알콕사이드;상기 용매를 기준으로 5% 내지 20%의 부피비로 혼합된 첨가제; 및상기 농축 과정에 의해 형성된 겔 상태의 금속 산화물을 희석시키기 위한 분산액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기태양전지.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물은 Ti, Zn, Sr, In, Ba, K, Nb, Fe, Ta, W, Sa, Bi, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ce, Pt, Ag, Rh 또는 Ru을 포함하거나, 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기태양전지.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물 용액은 상기 금속 알콕사이드에 상기 용매 및 상기 첨가제 이외에 도너용 화합물을 추가로 도입하여 n형의 전도성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기태양전지.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 도너용 화합물은 V, Nb 또는 Ta을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기태양전지.
