Claims (3)
- 전기차를 구동하는 하나 또는 복수의 모터를 제어하기 위한 모터 제어 신호를 출력하는 모터 제어부와, 상기 각 모터에 발생하는 실제의 전기 브레이크력을 나타내는 신호인 실(實)전기 브레이크력 신호 및 전기 브레이크가 릴리스(release)하는 것을 일정 시간 전에 통지하기 위한 릴리스 예고 신호를 생성하는 전기 브레이크 제어부와, 상기 전기 브레이크 제어부로부터 출력되는 실전기 브레이크력 신호 및 릴리스 예고 신호에 기초하여, 전기 브레이크력과 기계 브레이크력에 의한 총합적인 브레이크력을 제어하는 기계 브레이크 제어 장치를 구비한 전기차의 브레이크 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 전기 브레이크 제어부는상기 각 모터에 대한 전기 브레이크력 지령을 생성하는 전기 브레이크력 지령 제어부와,전기 브레이크의 종속시(終速時)에 전기 브레이크력을 0 으로 감소시키면서, 기계 브레이크력으로 전환하기 위한 지령치 패턴인 릴리스용 전기 브레이크력 비교 패턴, 및 이 릴리스용 전기 브레이크력 비교 패턴을 모터 주파수가 증가하는 측으로 소정 주파수만큼 시프트시킨 릴리스 예고 신호용 전기 브레이크력 비교 패턴을 생성하는 비교 패턴 생성부와,상기 전기 브레이크력 지령과 상기 릴리스용 전기 브레이크력 비교 패턴의 대소를 비교하고, 이들의 신호 중 작은 쪽의 신호를 전기 브레이크력 패턴으로서 상기 모터 제어부에 출력하는 제1의 비교부와,상기 전기 브레이크력 지령과 상기 릴리스 예고 신호용 전기 브레이크력 비교 패턴의 대소를 비교하고, 이 릴리스 예고 신호용 전기 브레이크력 비교 패턴이 이 전기 브레이크력 지령 이하로 되는 타이밍으로 출력되는 신호를 상기 릴리스 예고 신호로서 상기 기계 브레이크 제어 장치에 출력하는 제2의 비교부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차의 브레이크 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 릴리스용 전기 브레이크력 비교 패턴에 대한 소정 주파수분(分)의 시프트량이 전기차의 주간 제어기인 마스터 컨트롤러의 선택 포지션에 따라 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차의 브레이크 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 비교 패턴 생성부는상기 모터의 운전 주파수에 따른 이 모터의 전기 브레이크력을 산출하기 위한 참조 테이블인 제1의 참조 테이블과,상기 릴리스용 전기 브레이크력 비교 패턴에 대한 소정 주파수분의 시프트량을, 상기 마스터 컨트롤러의 선택 포지션에 따른 전기 브레이크력의 변화량으로서 산출하기 위한 제2의 참조 테이블을 구비하고,상기 제1의 참조 테이블의 출력으로부터 상기 제2의 참조 테이블의 출력을 뺀 신호를 상기 릴리스 예고 신호용 전기 브레이크력 비교 패턴으로서 상기 제2의 비교부에 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차의 브레이크 제어 장치.
