Claims (15)
- 기능성 수지층이 중간층으로서 배치되어 있는 관형 슬리브를 스파우트 본체의 내주면에 상기 관형 슬리브가 실질적으로 그 내주면만을 노출시켜 매설된 형태로 성형한 복합 스파우트로 하며,상기 스파우트 본체의 한쪽 단부의 내주면에는, 원주 방향의 적어도 일부에 있어서, 상기 관형 슬리브의 한쪽 단부의 내주 가장자리에 합치하는 위치로부터, 또는 그보다 반경 방향 내측으로부터, 상기 스파우트 본체의 한쪽 단부를 향하여 반경 방향 외측으로 경사진 경사면이 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 스파우트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스파우트 본체의 상기 한쪽 단부는 상기 스파우트의 배출 단부를 구성하고 있는 것인 복합 스파우트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스파우트 본체의 상기 내주면의 상기 한쪽 단부는 원주 방향 전체에 걸쳐 상기 경사면인 것인 복합 스파우트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스파우트 본체의 상기 내주면의 상기 한쪽 단부는 원주 방향으로 간격을 두고 복수 개의 부위에서 상기 경사면인 것인 복합 스파우트.
- 기능성 수지층이 중간층으로서 배치되어 있는 관형 슬리브가 코어로서 끼워지는 코어 부재와, 상기 코어 부재 및 이에 끼워진 상기 관형 슬리브를 둘러싸는 자형 부재를 구비하며, 스파우트 본체의 내주면에 상기 관형 슬리브가 실질적으로 그 내주면만을 노출시켜 매설된 상태로 복합 스파우트를 형성하기 위한 사출 성형 장치에 있어서,상기 코어 부재는, 원주 방향의 적어도 일부에 있어서, 상기 코어 부재에 끼워진 상기 관형 슬리브의 한쪽 단부의 내주 가장자리에 합치하는 위치로부터, 또는 그보다 반경 방향 내측으로부터, 상기 스파우트 본체 성형 캐비티의 한쪽 단부를 향하여 반경 방향 외측으로 연장되는 경사면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형 장치.
- 기능성 수지층이 중간층으로서 배치되어 있는 관형 슬리브를 코어로서 사출 성형 금형의 코어 부재에 끼워진 상태에서 스파우트 본체를 사출 성형함으로써, 상기 스파우트 본체의 내주면에 상기 관형 슬리브가 실질적으로 그 내주면만을 노출시켜 매설시킨 형태로 성형하고, 스파우트 본체의 선단부에 슬리브의 일단부가 배치되며, 스파우트 본체의 기단부에 슬리브의 타단부가 배치된 복합 스파우트로 하며,상기 스파우트의 기단부를 구성하는 상기 스파우트 본체의 내주면 단부가, 기단부의 개구단을 향하여 반경 방향 내측으로 경사진 경사면으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 스파우트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 경사면의 일단측은 상기 관형 슬리브의 타단측 내주면을 덮고 있는 것인 복합 스파우트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스파우트의 배출 단부를 구성하는 상기 스파우트 본체의 선단부에 있어서, 상기 스파우트 본체의 내주면은, 상기 관형 슬리브의 일단의 내주 가장자리에 합치하는 위치로부터, 또는 그보다 반경 방향 내측으로부터, 상기 스파우트 본체의 선단을 향하여 반경 방향 외측으로 경사진 경사면을 갖고 있는 것인 복합 스파우트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 스파우트의 배출 단부를 구성하는 상기 스파우트 본체의 선단부에 있어서, 상기 스파우트 본체의 내주면은, 상기 스파우트 본체의 선단으로부터 상기 관형 슬리브의 일단측 단부 바로 앞까지 연장되는 소정 길이의 시일 영역을 형성하고 있는 것인 복합 스파우트.
- 기능성 수지층이 중간층으로서 배치되어 있는 관형 슬리브가 코어로서 끼워지는 볼록형의 코어 부재와, 상기 관형 슬리브가 끼워진 코어 부재에 대하여 간격을 두고 둘러싸는 자형 부재를 구비하며, 스파우트 본체의 내주면에 상기 관형 슬리브가 실질적으로 그 내주면만을 노출시켜 매설된 상태로 복합 스파우트를 형성하기 위한 사출 성형 장치에 있어서,상기 코어 부재의 선단부는, 상기 코어 부재의 기단부측으로부터 선단부측을 향하여, 반경 방향 내측으로 매끄럽게 끝이 좁아지는 면에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 성형 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 코어 부재의 끝이 좁아지는 면은, 상기 관형 슬리브의 타단측 내주면으로부터 연장되고, 상기 관형 슬리브의 타단부로부터 돌출한 위치까지 연장되어 있는 것인 사출 성형 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 코어 부재의 기단부에는, 상기 관형 슬리브의 일단부측에 있어서, 상기 관형 슬리브의 내주면으로부터 상기 관형 슬리브의 축 방향 외측에 대응하는 부위에 걸쳐, 상기 관형 슬리브의 내주면보다 반경 방향 내측으로 우묵하게 들어가는 오목부가 형성되어 있는 것인 사출 성형 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 스파우트의 배출 단부를 구성하는 상기 스파우트 본체의 선단부에 있어서, 상기 스파우트 본체의 외주면 및/또는 내주면의, 상기 관형 슬리브의 상기 스파우트 본체의 선단부측에 대응하는 부위에는, 반경 방향 외측 및/또는 내주면으로 돌출한 부가부가 형성되어 있는 것인 복합 스파우트.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 부가부는 원주 방향 전체에 걸쳐 존재하거나 또는 원주 방향으로 간격을 두고 복수 개 배치되어 있는 것인 복합 스파우트.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 스파우트 본체의 내주면측의 부가부는 상기 관형 슬리브의 일단측의 내주면을 덮고 있는 것인 복합 스파우트.
