Claims (22)
- a) 서열번호 2로 기재된 아미노산 서열의 단백질을 코딩하거나,b) 엄격한 조건하에서 상기 a) 서열에 혼성화하거나, 또는c) 상기 a) 또는 b) 서열의 변성체인, DNA 서열.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 서열이 서열번호 1로 기재된 서열이거나 또는 그 단편인 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA 서열.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 서열이 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열 또는 그 단편에서 60% 미만이, 바람직하기로는 45% 미만이, 더 바람직하기로는 25% 미만이 변화된 뉴클레오타이드의 치환, 부가 또는 결손을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA 서열.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 서열이 보존적인 아미노산 치환을 초래하는 뉴클레오타이드 치환을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA 서열.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한항의 DNA 서열에 의해 코딩되는 효소.
- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열 또는 그 단편을 포함하는 효소.
- 서열번호 2에 기재된 서열을 갖는 β-갈락토시다제.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한항의 DNA 서열을 포함하는 재조합 벡터.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 벡터는 발현 벡터인 것을 특징으로 하는 벡터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한항의 DNA 서열을 포함하는 숙주 세포.
- 제 8항 또는 제 9항의 벡터를 포함하는 숙주 세포.
- 제 10항 또는 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 세포는 박테리아 세포, 효모 세포 또는 진균 세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 숙주 세포.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 세포는 비피도박테리움(Bifidobacterium), 락토코커스(Lactococcus), 락토바실러스(Lactobacillus), 에스케리챠(Escherichia), 바실러스(Bacillus) 및 아스퍼질러스(Aspergillus)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 숙주 세포.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 세포는 비피도박테리움 비피덤(Bifidobacterium bifidum), 바실러스 섭틸리스(Bacillus subtilis), 바실러스 서쿨란스(Bacillus circulans) 및 아스퍼질러스 나이거(Aspergillus niger)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 숙주 세포.
- 올리고당 혼합물 제조에 있어서의, 제 5항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한항에 따른 효소 또는 제 10항 내지 제 14항 중 어느 한항에 따른 세포의 용도.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 2당류 Gal (β1-3) Glc, Gal (β1-3) Gal, Gal (β1-6) Gal 및 Gal (α1-6) Gal을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 15항 또는 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 3당류인 Gal (β1-6) Gal (β1-4) Glc, Gal (β1-3) Gal (β1-4) Glc, 4당류인 Gal (β1-6) Gal (β1-6) Gal (β1-4) Glc 및 5당류인 Gal (β1-6) Gal (β1-6) Gal (β1-6) Gal (β1-4) Glc를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.

- 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물은 2당류 Gal (β1-3) Glc, Gal (β1-3) Gal, Gal (β1-6) Gal 및 Gal (α1-6) Gal, 3당류 Gal (β1-6) Gal (β1-4) Glc, Gal (β1-3) Gal (β1-4) Glc, 4당류 Gal (β1-6) Gal (β1-6) Gal (β1-4) Glc 및 5당류 Gal (β1-6) Gal (β1-6) Gal (β1-6) Gal (β1-4) Glc를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
