Claims (19)
- a) 지초를 세척하고 건조하는 전처리 단계;b) 건조된 지초를 유기용매에 침지하여 지초성분을 추출하는 단계;c) b)단계에 의해 추출된 것을 여과한 후 감압 농축하여 용매를 제거하고 지초성분의 추출물을 얻는 단계; 및d) 지초 성분 추출물을 식물성유에 첨가한 후 혼합하여 식품 첨가물을 얻는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 a) 단계는 지초를 묽은 식초용액에 침지한 후 건조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 b) 단계에서, 상기 지초를 그 중량에 대하여 8 - 13배 이상의 유기용매에 20 - 26시간 동안 침지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 b) 단계는 유기용매에 침지된 지초와 유기용매를 함께 분쇄하여 지초 성분을 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.

- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 유기용매는 에탄올로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 식물성유는 코코야자유, 옥수수유, 면실유, 올리브유, 팜유, 땅콩유, 유채유, 홍화유, 해바라기유, 대두유 및 포도씨유로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 성분으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 식물성유는 코코야자유, 옥수수유, 면실유, 올리브유, 팜유, 땅콩유, 유채유, 홍화유, 해바라기유, 대두유 및 포도씨유로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 성분으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 지초성분 추출물과 식물성유의 혼합비는 1 : 100,000 - 10,000,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 지초성분 추출물과 식물성유의 혼합비는 1 : 100,000 - 10,000,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.
- a) 지초를 세척하고 건조하는 전처리 단계;b) 건조된 지초를 식물성유에 침지하여 지초성분을 추출하는 단계; 및c) b)단계에 의해 식물성유에 지초성분이 추출되면 지초와 이물질을 여과하여 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물을 얻는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 a) 단계는 지초를 묽은 식초용액에 침지하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 12에 있어서, 상기 식물성유는 코코야자유, 옥수수유, 면실유, 올리브유, 팜유, 땅콩유, 유채유, 홍화유, 해바라기유, 대두유 및 포도씨유로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 성분으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 지초의 침지 시간은 20 - 26시간 인 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 b) 단계는 지초와 식물성유를 함께 분쇄하여 지초성분을 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 14에 있어서, 상기 b) 단계는 지초와 식물성유를 1 : 800 - 2,500의 비율로 혼합 침지하여 지초성분을 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 17 중 어느 한 항에 의하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물.
- 지초성분을 함유한 추출물과 코코야자유, 옥수수유, 면실유, 올리브유, 팜유, 땅콩유, 유채유, 홍화유, 해바라기유, 대두유 및 포도씨유로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상의 식물성유가 1 : 100,000 - 11,000,000의 비율로 혼합되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 지초성분을 함유한 식품 첨가물.
