Claims (17)
- 하이브리드구동장치에 있어서,제1회전요소, 제2회전요소 및 제3회전요소가 회전가능하게 차동으로 링크되어 있는 기어기구;상기 제1회전요소에 링크된 제1구동력원;상기 제2회전요소에 링크된 제2구동력원;상기 제3회전요소에 링크된 제3구동력원;상기 기어기구의 상기 제1회전요소, 상기 제2회전요소 및 상기 제3회전요소로부터 선택된 요소로부터 차륜으로 출력되는 동력을 전달하는 피구동부재;상기 제2구동력원 및 상기 제2회전요소를 상기 피구동부재에 동력-전달가능하게 연결하는 제1동력전달경로; 및상기 제3구동력원 및 상기 제3회전요소를 상기 피구동부재에 동력-전달가능하게 연결하는 제2동력전달경로를 구비하되,상기 제1동력전달경로와 상기 제2동력전달경로 중 하나 이상에 변속기가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1동력전달경로와 상기 제2동력전달경로 양자 모두에 변속기들이 각각 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 변속기는 상기 제2회전요소와 상기 제2구동력원에 링크된 제1중간회전부재, 및 상기 제3회전요소와 상기 제3구동력원에 링크된 제2중간회전부재를 구비하되,상기 제1중간회전부재 및 상기 제2중간회전부재는 동축으로 배치되며,상기 제1중간회전부재 및 상기 제2중간회전부재의 회전축과 상기 피구동부재의 회전축은 병렬로 배치되고,상기 제1중간회전부재와 상기 제2중간회전부재를 상기 피구동부재에 링크시키는 변속장치가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기어기구를 형성하는 상기 제1회전요소, 상기 제2회전요소 및 상기 제3회전요소는, 동축으로 배치되는 선기어와 링기어, 및 피니언기어들이 그 자신의 축을 중심으로 회전가능하고 선회가능하도록 상기 선기어 및 상기 링기어와 맞물리는 피니언기어들을 지지하는 캐리어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 변속장치는 상기 제1중간회전부재 상에 제공된 구동기어와 상기 제2중 간회전부재 상에 제공된 구동기어, 및 상기 구동기어들과 각각 맞물리는 상기 피구동부재 상에 제공된 피구동기어들로 이루어지고, 상기 제2회전요소는 상기 선기어이며, 상기 선기어 및 상기 구동기어는 동축으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서,상기 제3회전요소는 상기 링기어이고, 상기 제3구동력원은 상기 링기어의 외부를 둘러싸도록 환형으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기어기구는 상기 제1회전요소가 입력요소로서의 역할을 하고, 상기 제2회전요소와 상기 제3회전요소 중 어느 하나가 반동력요소로서의 역할을 하며, 상기 제2회전요소와 상기 제3회전요소 중 다른 하나가 출력요소로서의 역할을 하고, 상기 입력요소로서의 역할을 하는 상기 회전요소와 상기 출력요소로서의 역할을 하는 상기 회전요소간의 변속비가 상기 제1회전요소, 상기 제2회전요소 및 상기 제3회전요소의 차동 운전에 의해 비단계식(steplessly)으로 변경가능하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기어기구는 동축으로 배치되는 선기어와 링기어를 구비한 싱글-피니언 유성기어기구, 및 상기 선기어와 상기 링기어와 맞물리는 피니언기어들을 유지하는 캐리어로 형성되며, 상기 제1회전요소는 상기 캐리어이고, 상기 제2회전요소는 상기 선기어이며, 상기 제3회전요소는 상기 링기어이고,상기 변속기는 제1중간회전부재 및 제2중간회전부재를 구비하며, 상기 제1중간회전부재는 상기 선기어에 링크되고, 상기 제2중간회전부재는 상기 링기어에 링크되며,상기 제1동력전달경로는 상기 제1중간회전부재 상에 제공된 복수의 제1구동기어와 상기 피구동부재 상에 제공된 복수의 제1피구동기어를 맞물려 형성되고, 상기 제2동력전달경로는 상기 제2중간회전부재 상에 제공된 복수의 제2구동기어와 상기 피구동부재 상에 제공된 복수의 제2피구동기어를 맞물려 형성되며,상기 제1동력전달경로 상에 제공된 제1변속기는 상기 복수의 제1구동기어 중 하나를 상기 복수의 제1피구동기어 중 하나에 연결하는 제1클러치기구를 구비하고, 상기 제2동력전달경로 상에 제공된 제2변속기는 상기 복수의 제2구동기어 중 하나를 상기 복수의 제2피구동기어 중 하나에 연결하는 제2클러치기구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기어기구는 동축으로 배치되는 선기어와 링기어를 구비한 더블-피니언 유성기어기구, 상기 선기어와 맞물리는 제1피니언기어, 상기 제1피니언기어와 상기 링기어와 맞물리는 제2피니언기어, 및 상기 제1피니언기어와 상기 제2피니언기어를 지지하는 캐리어로 형성되고, 상기 제1회전요소는 상기 링기어이며, 상기 제2회전요소는 상기 선기어이고, 상기 제3회전요소는 상기 캐리어이며,상기 변속기는 제1중간회전부재 및 제2중간회전부재를 구비하고, 상기 제1중간회전부재는 상기 선기어에 링크되며, 상기 제2중간회전부재는 상기 캐리어에 링크되고,상기 제1동력전달경로는 상기 제1중간회전부재 상에 제공된 복수의 제1구동기어와 상기 피구동부재 상에 제공된 복수의 제1피구동기어를 맞물려 형성되며, 상기 제2동력전달경로는 상기 제2중간회전부재 상에 제공된 복수의 제2구동기어와 상기 피구동부재 상에 제공된 복수의 제2피구동기어를 맞물려 형성되고,상기 제1동력전달경로 상에 제공된 제1변속기는 상기 복수의 제1구동기어 중 하나를 상기 복수의 제1피구동기어 중 하나에 연결하는 제1클러치기구를 구비하고, 상기 제2동력전달경로 상에 제공된 제2변속기는 상기 복수의 제2구동기어 중 하나를 상기 복수의 제2피구동기어 중 하나에 연결하는 제2클러치기구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기어기구의 입력요소와 출력요소간의 변속비를 제어하여, 상기 제1구동력원의 회전수와 상기 피구동부재의 회전수간의 변속비를 제어하는 경우, 상기 하이브리드구동장치는 상기 제1구동력원의 회전수와 상기 피구동부재의 회전수간의 변속비의 상이한 제어 범위를 갖는 복수의 운전모드들간에 선택적으로 절환하기 위 하여 상기 기어기구의 변속비의 제어와 병행하여 상기 변속기의 변속비의 제어를 실행할 수 있고, 상기 하이브리드구동장치는 상기 제1구동력원의 회전수를 일정하게 유지하면서 상기 복수의 운전모드들간의 절환의 제1모드절환방식을 선택하는 모드절환방식선택장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 모드절환방식선택장치는 상기 제1구동력원의 사전설정된 출력이 높거나 낮은 지의 여부를 판정하고, 판정 결과를 토대로 상기 제1모드절환방식을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 모드절환방식선택장치는 상기 제1구동력원의 회전수를 높이면서 상기 복수의 운전모드들간의 절환 특성을 갖는 제2모드절환방식을 선택할 수 있고, 상기 모드절환방식선택장치는 상기 제1구동력원의 출력이 높을 때에는 상기 제1모드절환방식을 선택하며, 상기 제1구동력원의 출력이 낮을 때에는 상기 제2모드절환방식을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치.
- 제2항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,제1변속기는 상기 제1동력전달경로 상에 제공되고, 제2변속기는 상기 제2동력전달경로 상에 제공되며, 상기 제1변속기에 의해 선택된 변속비와 상기 제2변속 기에 의해 선택된 변속비는 상이하고, 제3클러치기구는 상기 제1구동력원과 상기 제1회전요소 사이의 장소, 상기 제2구동력원과 상기 제2회전요소 사이의 장소 및 상기 제3구동력원과 상기 제3회전요소 사이의 장소 중 한 곳에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치.
- 하이브리드구동장치에 있어서,제1회전요소, 제2회전요소 및 제3회전요소가 회전가능하게 차동으로 링크되어 있는 기어기구;상기 제1회전요소에 링크된 제1구동력원;상기 제2회전요소에 링크된 제2구동력원;상기 제3회전요소에 링크된 제3구동력원;상기 기어기구의 한 요소로부터 차륜으로 출력되는 동력을 전달하는 피구동부재;상기 제2구동력원 및 상기 제2회전요소를 상기 피구동부재에 동력-전달가능하게 연결하는 제1동력전달경로;상기 제3구동력원 및 상기 제3회전요소를 상기 피구동부재에 동력-전달가능하게 연결하는 제2동력전달경로; 및상기 제1동력전달경로와 상기 제2동력전달경로 중 하나 이상에 제공된 변속기를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치.
- 제1회전요소, 제2회전요소 및 제3회전요소가 회전가능하게 차동으로 링크되어 있는 기어기구;상기 제1회전요소에 링크된 제1구동력원;상기 제2회전요소에 링크된 제2구동력원;상기 제3회전요소에 링크된 제3구동력원;상기 기어기구의 한 요소로부터 차륜으로 출력되는 동력을 전달하는 피구동부재;상기 제2구동력원 및 상기 제2회전요소를 상기 피구동부재에 동력-전달가능하게 연결하는 제1동력전달경로;상기 제3구동력원 및 상기 제3회전요소를 상기 피구동부재에 동력-전달가능하게 연결하는 제2동력전달경로; 및상기 제1동력전달경로와 상기 제2동력전달경로 중 하나 이상에 제공된 변속기를 구비한 하이브리드구동장치의 제어방법에 있어서,상기 제1구동력원의 사전설정된 출력이 높거나 낮은 지의 여부를 판정하는 단계;판정 결과를 토대로 상기 기어기구의 변속비의 제어를 수행하는 단계;상기 판정 결과를 토대로 제1모드절환방식과 제2모드절환방식 중 하나를 선택하는 단계; 및선택 결과를 토대로 상기 변속기의 변속비를 절환하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치의 제어방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 제1모드절환방식에서, 상기 변속기의 복수의 운전모드들간의 절환은 상기 제1구동력원의 회전수가 일정하게 유지되면서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치의 제어방법.
- 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서,상기 제2모드절환방식에서, 상기 변속기의 복수의 운전모드들간의 절환은 상기 제1구동력원의 회전수가 상승하면서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드구동장치의 제어방법.
