Claims (9)
- 표면 산화층을 가지며, 또한 유황을 함유하는 니켈 입자로 이루어진 평균 입자지름 0.05∼1.0㎛의 니켈 분말로서,분말의 전체 중량에 대해서 유황의 함유량이 100∼2000ppm이고,상기 니켈 입자의 ESCA에 의한 표면 해석에서 니켈 원자에 결합한 유황 원자에 귀속되는 피크의 강도가 입자 표면으로부터 중심 방향으로 변화하며, 그 강도가 입자 표면으로부터 3nm보다 깊은 위치에서 최대가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 ESCA에 의한 표면 해석에서 니켈 원자에 결합한 유황 원자에 귀속되는 피크의 강도가, 상기 표면 산화층내에서 최대가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 니켈 입자의 표면(outermost surface)으로부터 깊이 1nm의 영역에 대하여 ESCA에 의한 표면 해석을 행했을 때에, 결합 에너지 약 168eV의 위치에 피크가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 표면 산화층의 표면(outermost surface)이 실질적으로 니켈 산화물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분말중에 존재하는 산소의 전체량이, 분말의 전체중량에 대해서 0.1∼4.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 유황을 함유하는 니켈 입자로 이루어진 니켈 분말을 비산화성 가스 분위기내에 분산시켜, 300∼800℃의 온도 범위에서 산화성 가스와 접촉시키는 것에 의해, 단시간에 표면 산화 처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 유황을 함유하는 니켈 입자로 이루어진 니켈 분말을 비산화성 가스 분위기내에서 고온에서 분산한 상태로 생성시키고, 이어서 이것을 냉각하여, 분위기 온도가 300∼800℃로 냉각된 단계에서 산화성 가스와 접촉시키는 것에 의해, 단시간에 표면 산화 처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 니켈 분말을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 전자 부품의 전극 형성용 도체 페이스트.
- 제 8 항에 기재된 도체 페이스트를 이용하여 전극을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 전자 부품.
