Claims (9)
- 기록 밀도가 다른 복수의 광 디스크 규격에 준거한 정보층을 다층화한 광 디스크로서, 가장 기록 밀도가 높은 정보층의 관리 영역에 별도의 정보층의 종류를 나타내는 정보가 기록된 광 디스크로부터 정보의 판독을 행하는 광 디스크 장치의 검사 시스템으로서,상기 광 디스크가 삽입된 광 디스크 장치에 대해, 상기 가장 기록 밀도가 높은 정보층에 액세스하는 커맨드를 송신하고, 상기 커맨드에 대응하여 상기 광 디스크 장치가 상기 가장 기록 밀도가 높은 정보층으로의 액세스를 정상적으로 행했는지 여부를 판단하는 수단과,상기 가장 기록 밀도가 높은 정보층의 관리 영역의 정보를 검출하는 커맨드를 상기 광 디스크에 송신하고, 상기 커맨드에 대응하여 상기 광 디스크 장치가 상기 관리 영역에 기록된 다른 정보층의 종류를 나타내는 정보를 취득했는지 여부를 판단하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광 디스크는 기록 가능형의 정보층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 검사 시스템.
- 레이저 광에 의해서 주사되는 원주 형상의 트랙을 갖는 정보층을 적어도 1층 구비한 광 디스크에 있어서,상기 정보층의 적어도 1층에, 복수 종류의 정보층에 관한 정보가 기록된 관리 영역을 구비하고,상기 관리 영역에 기록된 상기 복수 종류의 정보층에 관한 정보는, 상기 관리 영역을 갖는 정보층 이외의 복수 종류의 각 정보층의 유무에 관한 정보를 포함하고,상기 관리 영역에 그 유무가 기록되는 상기 복수 종류의 각 정보층은, 상기 레이저 광의 입사면에 대해 서로 다른 깊이로 배치되는 것이고,상기 복수 종류의 각 정보층의 유무에 관한 정보가 기록된 상기 관리 영역은, 상기 레이저 광의 입사면에 가장 가까운 위치에 배치되는것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
- 청구항 3에 기재된 광 디스크의 재생을 행하는 광 디스크 장치로서,상기 관리 영역에 액세스하는 수단과,상기 관리 영역의 정보로부터, 상기 복수 종류의 각 정보층의 유무에 관한 정보를 추출하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크 장치.
- 청구항 3에 기재된 광 디스크의 재생을 행하는 광 디스크 재생 방법으로서,상기 관리 영역에 액세스하고,상기 관리 영역의 정보로부터, 상기 복수 종류의 각 정보층의 유무에 관한 정보를 추출하는것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크 재생 방법.
- BD 및 CD 규격, 또는 BD 및 DVD 규격에 준거하는 정보층을 갖는 광 디스크로서,상기 광 디스크의 BD 정보층은, CD 및 DVD 정보층에 대한 정보가 보지(保持)되는 관리 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크.
- BD 및 CD 규격, 또는 BD 및 DVD 규격에 준거하는 정보층을 갖는 광 디스크를 재생가능한 광 디스크 재생 장치로서,상기 광 디스크의 BD 정보층은, CD 및 DVD 정보층에 대한 정보가 보지되는 관리 영역을 갖고,상기 광 디스크 재생 장치는, 상기 BD 정보층의 관리 영역에 액세스하는 수단과,상기 BD 정보층의 관리 영역의 정보로부터, CD 또는 DVD 정보층에 관한 정보를 추출하는 수단을 구비하는것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크 재생 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 광 디스크 재생 장치는, 상기 BD 정보층의 관리 영역의 정보로부터 추출된 CD 또는 DVD 정보층에 관한 정보에 기초하여, CD 또는 DVD 정보층으로의 액세스를 행하는 광 디스크 재생 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 광 디스크 재생 장치는, CD, DVD 및 BD 정보층의 각각에 집광되는 레이저 광을 출사하는 복수의 레이저 광원을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크 재생 장치.
