Claims (6)
- 내부전극층과 압전 세라믹스층이 교대로 적층되어 이루어지는 소체를 가지는 적층형 압전 소자로서,상기 내부전극층이 Cu를 주성분으로 하는 동시에, 상기 압전 세라믹스층이 Pb(Ti,Zr)O3으로 표현되는 복합 산화물을 주성분으로 하고,5가 및 6가 중 적어도 어느 한쪽의 금속원소를 함유한 금속 산화물이 상기 내부전극층으로부터 이간됨에 따라 농도가 낮아지도록 상기 압전 세라믹스층에 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 압전 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속원소는 Nb, Sb, Ta 및 W 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 압전 소자.
- 내부전극 패턴과 압전 세라믹 그린시트가 교대로 적층된 적층체를 제작하는 적층공정과, 상기 적층체를 소성하여 내부전극층과 압전 세라믹스층이 교대로 적층된 소체를 제작하는 소성공정을 포함하는 적층형 압전 소자의 제조방법으로서,상기 압전 세라믹 그린시트는 Pb(Ti,Zr)03으로 표현되는 복합 산화물을 주성분으로 하고,상기 내부전극 패턴은 Cu를 함유한 도전성 분말과, 5가 및 6가 중 적어도 어 느 한쪽의 가(價)의 수를 가지는 금속원소를 포함하며,상기 소성공정에 있어서, 상기 금속원소를 금속 산화물의 형태로 상기 내부전극층으로부터 상기 압전 세라믹스층 중에, 상기 내부전극층으로부터 이간됨에 따라 농도가 낮아지도록 확산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 압전 소자의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 금속원소는 Nb, Sb, Ta 및 W 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 압전 소자의 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물은 Nb2O5, Sb2O5, Ta2O5 및 WO3 중 어느 하나로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 압전 소자의 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물의 함유량은 상기 도전성 분말과 상기 금속 산화물의 함유량 총계에 대하여 40.0중량%미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 압전 소자의 제조방법.
