- 왕복운동하는 2 부재 사이의 고리형상의 간극에, 유체압측으로부터 외부측으로 버퍼 링, 로드 실 및 더스트 실을 차례로 배치한 구성을 가지고 있는 로드 실링 시스템에 있어서, 상기 버퍼 링이, (A) 수평균 분자량(Mn)이 500∼6000의 고분자량 폴리카보네이트 디올, (B) 방향족 디이소시아네이트 및 (C) 쇄신장제로서의 저분자량 디올을 NCO/OH 비 0.95∼1.20로 반응시켜서 얻은 열가소성 폴리우레탄 성형품으로서, 시차 주사 열량 측정에 의한 경질 상 글라스 전이점(Tg)이 170℃ 이상이고 또한 Tg의 흡열 피크의 면적(△H)이 5J/g 이상으로 되는 조건하에서 가열처리한 열가소성 폴리우레탄 성형품으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 실링 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 왕복운동하는 2 부재 사이의 고리형상의 간극이 로드와 실린더의 사이에 형성되는 고리형상의 공간인 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 실링 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 성형품은, 경질 상의 글라스 전이점(Tg)이 170∼230℃로 되는 조건하에서 가열처리된 열가소성 폴리우레탄 성형품인 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 실링 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 성형품은, 연질 상의 글라스 전이점 이상이고 경질 상의 글라스 전이점(Tg) 이하인 온도로 가열처리된 열가소성 폴리우레탄 성형품인 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 실링 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 성형품은, 135∼170℃로 10∼100시간 동안 가열처리된 열가소성 폴리우레탄 성형품인 것을 특징으로 하는 로드 실링 시스템.
