Claims (6)
- 메틸황산, 디메틸 에테르, 메탄올, 지방족 및 올레핀계 탄화수소, 염소화 탄화수소 및 유기 규소 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터의 부성분에 의해 오염된 사용된 황산을 재생하는 방법으로서,(1) 액체 물을 첨가하고 스팀을 주입하여 상기 사용된 황산을 황산 55 wt% 이하의 농도로 희석하고 가열하여 135℃ 이하에서 비등시키는 단계; 및(2) 상기 생성물을 감압 하 및 170℃ 이상의 온도에서 80 wt% 이상으로 농축시킨 후, 산화제와 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 단계에서의 산화는 40 ~ 90℃에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 황산은 상기 제2 단계에서 85 ~ 95 wt%로 농축시키는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, COD를 기준으로 하여 산화제를 2배 과량 이하로 사용하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산화제는 과산화수소인 방 법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 농축된 황산의 10 ~ 50 %의 서브스트림만을 산화시키는 것인 방법.
