Claims (4)
- 차량의 진동을 억제하기 위한 완충기에 있어서,작동액이 봉입된 실린더 내를 구획하는 밸브 디스크와,상기 밸브 디스크에 형성되어 상기 밸브 디스크에 의해 구획된 압력실 사이를 연통하는 서로 직렬로 배치된 제1 통로, 제2 통로 및 제3 통로와,상기 제1 통로와 상기 제2 통로 사이에 배치되어 이들 제1 통로와 제2 통로를 선택적으로 밸브 개방하는 밸브체와,상기 밸브체를 상기 한쪽 압력실의 압력에 대항하여 상기 제1 통로를 폐색하는 방향으로 압박하는 압박 부재와,상기 한쪽 압력실의 압력에 따라서 변위되어 상기 제1 통로를 개방한 밸브체가, 그 이상으로 변위되어 상기 제2 통로를 폐쇄하였을 때에 상기 제1 통로와 상기 제3 통로를 연통시키는 바이패스 통로를 구비하고,상기 바이패스 통로는 상기 제1 통로와 상기 제2 통로가 모두 개방되어 있을 때의 유로 면적보다도 작은 유로 면적으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 디스크는 상기 실린더 내를 침입, 퇴출하는 로드의 일단부에 연결되어 상기 실린더 내를 미끄럼 이동 가능하게 이동하는 피스톤이고,상기 피스톤은,상기 로드에 걸린 링체와,상기 링체와의 사이에서 상기 압박 부재를 압축하는 피스톤 본체를 구비하고,상기 제1 통로는 상기 피스톤 본체에 관통하여 형성되고,상기 제3 통로는 상기 링체에 관통하여 형성되고,상기 밸브체는,상기 피스톤 본체에 있어서의 제1 시트면에 접촉함으로써 상기 제1 통로를 폐색하는 동시에,상기 링체에 있어서의 제2 시트면에 접촉함으로써 상기 제2 통로를 폐색하는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 완충기가 상기 한쪽 압력실의 용적을 단축하는 방향으로 이동하고, 그 이동 속도가 소정값 이상인 경우에는, 상기 밸브체는 상기 압박 부재의 압박력에 대항하여 이동하여 상기 링체의 상기 제2 시트면에 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 완충기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 링 본체에 상기 제1 통로를 우회하는 초크 통로를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 완충기.
