Abstract
Description
Claims (36)
- 전도성 원단에 있어서,합성섬유, 재생섬유 또는 천연섬유로 형성된 기저층;미리 설계된 전기적인 패턴에 의해 자유로운 형성이 가능한 전도층; 및상기 전도층의 손상을 방지하기 위한 절연층을 포함하되,상기 각 층은 순차적으로 적층되어 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기저층과 전도층의 사이에 기저층의 표면 균일성을 위해 형성된 프라이머층을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 프라이머층은 폴리우레탄계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 및 실리콘계 수지 등으로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상 선택되어 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 프라이머층은 발수층과 함께 복층구조로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전도층은 전도성 고분자, 탄소(carbon), 은(silver)과 같은 금속물질 및 상기 물질과 바인더의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상 선택되어 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 전도성 고분자는 폴리아닐린, 폴리피롤 및 폴리티오펜으로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상 선택 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 전도층을 형성하는 금속물질과 바인더는 중량기준으로 90 : 10 내지 80 : 20의 함량비로 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 바인더는 폴리우레탄계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 실리콘계 수지, 멜리민계 수지 및 에폭시계 수지로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제8항에상기 바인더는 수분산성 폴리우레탄임을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전도층의 두께는 2 내지 500㎛임을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 전도층의 두께는 10 내지 20㎛임을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전도층의 폭은 10 내지 20mm임을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 폴리우레탄계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 실리콘계 수지, 폴리에스테르계 수지, PVC계 수지, 및 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌(PTFE)수지로 이루어진 군에서 일 이상 선택된 것을 코팅, 프린팅 또는 라미네이팅하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전도층에 꺽이는 부분이 형성될 경우 직선회로보다 상대적으로 폭이 넓은 형태로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 넓은 형태는 원형 또는 타원형 등임을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 원단의 저항값은 세탁전후 0.5 내지 4Ω임을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단.
- 기저층, 전도층 및 절연층을 포함하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법으로서,합성섬유, 재생섬유 또는 천연섬유로 형성된 기저층의 상부에 통전가능한 전도층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 전도층의 상부에 전도층의 손상을 방지하기 위한 절연층을 형성하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 전도층을 형성하기 전에, 상기 기저층의 상부에 전도층의 두께를 균일하게 유지하기 위한 프라이머층을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서,상기 프라이머층은 발수층과 함께 복층구조로서 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전 도성 원단의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 전도층을 형성하기 전에, 기저층의 표면을 평활하게 하고, 기저층의 공극을 상쇄하며, 내굴곡성을 보완하기 위해 상기 기저층의 원단을 압착 롤러로 가압하는 카렌더링단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 카렌더링단계 후에 선택적으로 상기 전도성 원단의 공극을 상쇄시키고, 절연 및 내세탁성, 내굴곡성을 보완하기 위해 투습방수/방수단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법.
- 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서,상기 프라이머층은 나이프 롤러방식, 오버롤 코팅, 플로팅 나이프 코팅, 또는 나이프 오버 코팅에 의해 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법.
- 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서,상기 프라이머층은 폴리우레탄계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 및 실리콘계 수지 등으로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상 선택되어 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 전도층은 전도성 고분자, 탄소(carbon), 은(silver)과 같은 금속물질 및 상기 물질과 바인더의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상 선택되어 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 전도성 고분자는 폴리아닐린, 폴리피롤 및 폴리티오펜으로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상 선택 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법.

- 제17항에 있어서,상기 전도층은 2 내지 500㎛ 두께로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법.
- 제29항에 있어서,상기 전도층의 두께는 10 내지 20㎛임을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 전도층의 폭은 10 내지 20mm임을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법.

- 제17항에 있어서,상기 전도층에 꺽이는 부분이 형성될 경우 직선회로보다 상대적으로 폭이 넓은 형태로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법.
- 제34항에 있어서,상기 넓은 형태는 원형 또는 타원형 등임을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 원단의 저항값은 세탁전후 0.5 내지 4Ω임을 특징으로 하는 전도성 원단의 제조방법.
