Claims (5)
- 防水性及び透湿性を有する樹脂系被覆膜と、
その樹脂系被覆膜の少なくとも一面に塗布される吸水剤と、
その吸水剤の塗布された前記樹脂系被覆膜の一面に印像を印刷することで形成される印刷面とを備えており、
その印刷面に印像を印刷する印刷剤として、前記樹脂系被覆膜に塗料を定着させるために樹脂固形分として水溶性樹脂を有し、水分中に微細油滴が分散された希釈剤により希釈され、且つ、界面活性剤が添加されている印刷剤用バインダと、その印刷剤用バインダに塗料として調合される顔料とを有する印刷剤が用いられるものであることを特徴とするプリント被腹膜。 - 前記印刷面は、前記印刷剤がスクリーン印刷により前記樹脂系被覆膜に捺染されることによって、前記印像が形成されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプリント被覆膜。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のプリント被覆膜と、
そのプリント被覆膜の一面に一体的に取着され透湿性を有したシート状に形成される基材と、
その基材の取着面とは反対面であって前記印刷剤による印刷が施された前記印刷面に貼着されると共に、目が粗く且つ糸材が細く形成され一面側から他面側を透視可能なシート状に形成される保護材とを備えていることを特徴とする積層体。 - 防水性及び透湿性を有する樹脂系被覆膜の一面に吸水剤を塗布する吸水化工程と、
その吸水化工程により吸水剤が塗布された前記樹脂系被覆膜の一面に印刷剤を捺染する印刷工程とを備えており、
その印刷工程によって捺染される印刷剤として、前記樹脂系被覆膜に塗料を定着させるための樹脂固形分として水溶性樹脂を有し、水分中に微細油滴が分散された希釈剤により希釈され、且つ、界面活性剤が添加されている印刷剤用バインダと、その印刷剤用バインダに塗料として調合される顔料とを有する印刷剤が用いられることを特徴とする被覆膜印刷方法。 - 前記印刷工程は、前記印刷剤をスクリーン印刷により前記樹脂系被覆膜へ捺染するものであることを特徴とする請求項4記載の被覆膜印刷方法。
