Abstract
【解決手段】 印刷糊4において顔料5が調合される樹脂系バインダ6は、O/W型エマルジョン7により希釈され、脂肪族高級アルコール系浸透剤8が添加される。この印刷糊4によれば、樹脂系被覆膜3へ塗布されると樹脂系バインダ6の樹脂固形分を除く成分が樹脂系被覆膜3へ迅速に浸透されるので、樹脂系被覆膜3の表面上における印刷糊4の積層厚みを最小限に抑制でき、次色の刷版による印像の潰されや、印刷糊4が次色の刷版印面に付着することを防止できる。

Claims (8)
- 防水性又は透湿性のうち少なくとも一方の性質を有する樹脂系被覆膜に塗料を定着させるものであって、樹脂固形分として水溶性樹脂を備え、水分中に微細油滴が分散された希釈剤により希釈され、且つ、界面活性剤が添加されていることを特徴とする印刷剤用バインダ。
- 防水性又は透湿性のうち少なくとも一方の性質を有する樹脂系被覆膜に印刷するためのものであって、塗料として水溶性顔料が請求項1記載の印刷剤用バインダに調合されていることを特徴とする印刷剤。
- 防水性又は透湿性のうち少なくとも一方の性質を有する樹脂系被覆膜と、
その樹脂系被覆膜における少なくとも一面に印刷され、その印刷による印像が請求項1記載の印刷剤用バインダを用いた印刷剤又は請求項5記載の印刷剤により形成される印刷面とを備えていることを特徴とするプリント被覆膜。 - 前記印刷面は、請求項1記載の印刷剤用バインダを用いた印刷剤又は請求項2記載の印刷剤がスクリーン印刷によって前記樹脂系被覆膜に捺染されることにより形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のプリント被覆膜。
- 前記印刷面には、その前記請求項5記載の印刷剤による印刷以前に吸水剤が塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のプリント被覆膜。
- 請求項3から5のいずれかに記載のプリント被覆膜と、
そのプリント被覆膜の一面に一体的に取着され透湿性を有したシート状に形成される基材と、
その基材の取着面とは反対面であって請求項1記載の印刷剤用バインダを用いた印刷剤又は請求項2記載の印刷剤による印刷が施された前記印刷面に貼着されると共に、目が粗く且つ糸材が細く形成され一面側から他面側を透視可能なシート状に形成される保護材とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の積層体。 - 防水性又は透湿性のうち少なくとも一方の性質を有する樹脂系被覆膜の一面に吸水剤を塗布する吸水化工程と、
その吸水化工程により吸水剤が塗布された前記樹脂系被覆膜の一面に請求項1記載の印刷剤用バインダを用いた印刷剤又は請求項2記載の印刷剤を捺染する印刷工程とを備えていることを特徴とする被覆膜印刷方法。 - 前記印刷工程は、前記印刷剤をスクリーン印刷により前記樹脂系被覆膜へ捺染するものであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の被覆膜印刷方法。
