・シリカ : 8重量部
・撥水剤 : 2重量部
・顔料 : 10重量部
・トルエン : 50重量部

Claims (8)
- 防水性及び透湿性を有する樹脂で形成される防水透湿層と、その防水透湿層の一面に一体的に積層形成される基材であって透湿性を有している布帛とを備えている防水透湿性布帛において、
前記防水透湿層の他面に複数のセル状に区画形成され、その各セル状の区画内から前記防水透湿層が露出されている複数の透湿セルと、
その複数の透湿セルが形成されている前記防水透湿層の前記他面に合着され、その防水透湿層から隆起して前記各透湿セル間を仕切り、前記防水透湿層に比べて100%モジュラスが大きい伸縮性樹脂材料で形成される補強部材とを備えていることを特徴とする防水透湿性布帛。 - 前記補強部材は、前記防水透湿層に対して接着性を有する前記伸縮性樹脂材料を、前記防水透湿層の前記他面にプリントして硬化させたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の防水透湿性布帛。
- 前記補強部材を形成する前記伸縮性樹脂材料は疎水性を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防水透湿性布帛。
- 前記補強部材を形成する前記伸縮性樹脂材料は、無孔質樹脂の独立気泡体であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の防水透湿性布帛。
- 前記補強部材は、編物の編目パターンを象った平面形状であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の防水透湿性布帛。
- 前記複数の透湿セルから露出される前記防水透湿層の表面積は、前記防水透湿層の前記他面における表面積全体の略30%から略90%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の防水透湿性布帛。
- 前記補強部材には、粒子径が略30μm以下のシリカが固形分比で略5%から略30%の範囲で添加されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の防水透湿性布帛。
- 前記防水透湿層は、前記布帛の一面に防水性及び透湿性を有する防水透湿性フィルムをフィルムラミネーションにより接着したものであることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の防水透湿性布帛。
