Claims (14)
- 발열원단의 제조방법에 있어서,합성섬유, 재생섬유 또는 천연섬유로 이루어진 기저층의 상부에 발열기능을 수행하는 발열층을 형성하는 단계;상기 발열층의 상부 또는 하부에 그 일부 또는 전부가 상기 발열층과 접촉되도록 전도층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 발열층 및 전도층의 상부에 전기적 차폐를 위해 절연층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 절연층 형성 후에 절연 및 내세탁성, 내굴곡성을 보완하기 위해 투습방수/방수단계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 발열원단의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열층 또는 전도층이 도포되는 방식은 코팅, 프린팅 및 전사나염으로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열원단의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열층 또는 전도층은 전도성 물질 또는 전도성 물질과 바인더가 혼합되어 형성 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열원단의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 전도성 물질은 전도성 고분자, 탄소(carbon), 은(silver), 금, 백금, 팔라듐, 구리, 알루미늄, 주석, 철 및 니켈로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열원단의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 바인더는 폴리우레탄계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 실리콘계 수지, 멜라민계 수지 및 에폭시계 수지로 이루어진 군에서 일 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열원단의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 바인더는 수분산성 폴리우레탄임을 특징으로 하는 발열원단의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 전도성 고분자는 폴리아닐린, 폴리피롤, 폴리티오펜으로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열원단의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 전도층을 형성하는 전도성 물질과 바인더는 중량기준으로 90 : 10 내지 80 : 20의 함량비로 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 발열원단의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전도층은 발열층과 2 이상의 지점에서 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열원단의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열층 또는 전도층의 두께는 2 내지 500㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 발열원단의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전도층의 폭은 10 내지 20mm임을 특징으로 하는 발열원단의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 폴리우레탄계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 실리콘계 수지, 폴리에스테르계 수지, PVC계 수지, 및 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌(PTFE)계 수지로 이루어진 군에서 일 이상 선택된 것을 코팅, 프린팅 또는 라미네이팅하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발열원단의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절연층은 직접코팅일 경우 건식방식으로, 라미네이팅일 경우 핫멜트형 도트식 또는 그라비어 방식으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 발열원단의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 원단의 저항값은 세탁전후 0.5 내지 4Ω임을 특징으로 하는 발열원단의 제조방법.
