Claims (15)
- 당사슬 혼합물로부터 당사슬 유도체를 제조하는 방법으로서, (a) 당사슬 혼합물 중의 당사슬에 지용성기를 도입하여 당사슬 유도체의 혼합물을 얻는 공정, 및 (b) 상기 당사슬 유도체의 혼합물을 세로토닌 친화성 칼럼 크로마토그래피로 처리하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 당사슬 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (b) 공정 후에 (c) 아미노 칼럼 또는 아미드 칼럼을 사용하는 순상(順相) 크로마토그래피로 처리하는 공정을 구비한 당사슬 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, (c) 공정 전에 (d) 당 가수분해 효소로 처리하는 공정을 구비한 당사슬 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지용성기가 2-카르복시페닐아미노기 또는 플루오레닐메톡시카르보닐기인 당사슬 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제항2에 있어서, 아미노 칼럼이 폴리머 베이스의 아미노 칼럼인 당사슬 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제2항2에 있어서, 아미드 칼럼이 실리카 베이스의 아미드 칼럼인 당사슬 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당사슬 혼합물이 천연 당사슬의 혼합물인 당사슬 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당사슬 혼합물이 세포 유래 당사슬의 혼합물인 당사슬 유도체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당사슬 혼합물이 시알로 당사슬을 포함해서 되는 당사슬 혼합물인 당사슬 유도체의 제조방법.
- 당사슬 혼합물 중의 당사슬의 구조를 해석하는 방법으로서, (a) 당사슬 혼합물 중의 당사슬에 지용성기를 도입하여 당사슬 유도체의 혼합물을 얻는 공정, (b) 상기 당사슬 유도체의 혼합물을 세로토닌 친화성 칼럼 크로마토그래피로 처리하는 공정, 및 (e) 질량분석법으로 처리하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 당사슬의 구조해석 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, (b) 공정 후에 (c) 아미노 칼럼 또는 아미드 칼럼을 사용하는 순상 크로마토그래피로 처리하는 공정을 구비한 당사슬의 구조해석 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, (c) 공정 전에 (d) 당 가수분해 효소로 처리하는 공정을 구비한 당사슬의 구조해석 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 질량분석법이 MALDI-TOF MS에 의한 질량분석법인 당사슬의 구조해석 방법.
- 화학식 1~6으로 표시되는 당사슬 유도체로부터 유도되는 암 마커.
