Claims (7)
- 원자%로,B: 5 내지 25%,Si: 1 내지 30%,N: 0.001 내지 0.2%를 함유하고, 잔부 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe계 비정질 합금 박대.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원자%로,C: 0.003 내지 10%,P: 0.001 내지 0.2%의 1종 또는 2종을 추가로 함유하고, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe계 비정질 합금 박대.
- 제2항에 있어서, 원자%로,B: 10 내지 20%,Si: 1 내지 10%,N: 0.001 내지 0.2%,C: 0.02 내지 2%,P: 0.001 내지 0.2%로 하는 Fe계 비정질 합금 박대.
- 제2항에 있어서, 원자%로,B: 5 내지 12%,Si: 1 내지 5%,N: 0.001 내지 0.2%,C: 1 내지 10%,P: 0.001 내지 0.2%로 하는 Fe계 비정질 합금 박대.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,원자%로, Fe량의 15% 이하를 Co, Ni 또는 5% 이하의 Cr로부터 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 치환한 Fe계 비정질 합금 박대.
- 제5항에 있어서,원자%로,B: 12 내지 16%,Si: 2 내지 7%,N: 0.001 내지 0.2%,Fe: 80 내지 82%,Co, Ni, Cr 중 적어도 1종 이상: 0.01 내지 1%를 함유하고, 또한 질량%로,P: 0.008 내지 0.1 질량%,Mn: 0.15 내지 0.5 질량%,S: 0.004 내지 0.05 질량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류에 있어서의 연자기 특성이 우수한 Fe계 비정질 합금 박대.
- 제6항에 있어서,원자%로,C: 0.003 내지 2%를 추가로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류에 있어서의 연자기 특성이 우수한 Fe계 비정질 합금 박대.
